Puerto Azul Suite Hotel

This Hotel deserves great reviews and our experience was no different. A lovely clean and impressively run Hotel (inc our Jet2 rep) along with all other polite and hardworking staff. We were made to feel very welcome. The resort offered a good choice of restaurants and boutique shops along the tree lined beach front, all within 5 minutes walk. Another 10 minutes gave us good beach space choices with coffee shops and beach bars. The food in the Hotel was well prepared varied and tasty. There were plenty of water sports, cycling, interesting trips and neighbourhood walks. We enjoyed our end of season break. A great experience.

8 of us had a fantastic stay. Shout out to Chaz, the Jet2 rep who couldn't have been more helpful. Rooms were immaculate and kept clean on a daily basis, although the air con in one of the rooms wasn't working as well as the other. The fold out sofa beds weren't really long enough for our adult or teen children. The food was amazing, so much choice for even the fussiest of children. We went half board so had a big breakfast which lasted us till dinnertime. The puddings were particularly good. We did leave the hotel periodically to explore the island but there was so much to do in the hotel that you didn't really have to leave. The night entertainment was great, big shout out to Raffa and his staff who worked so hard each and every day. Would highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back again in the future.

Stayed at this Hotel in June fabulous, great size rooms, great food, extremely clean,very friendly staff only 5 minutes walk to the sea front. I would recommend this hotel and I definitely would return.

This is a great hotel in a very convenient location close to the sea front and amenities, Recently refitted it is smart clean and tidy, a great base for cyclists, boasting an underground bike storage area, and proper gym. The staff are very friendly and professional. Good quality and variety of food offered. Recommended.

Lovely hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff. Rooms and hotel very clean and tidy. Restaurant spotless but food only luke-warm this year. Repetitive choice of main evening meals. We stayed for eight nights and one example, meatballs was served three times! Better choice in previous two years. Evening entertainment left a lot to be desired!

Stayed over Easter this year when the weather in Mallorca wasn't great. Thankfully the hotel was. We had stayed here twelve years ago at the height of summer and thought it was good. We were delighted to see the improvements. Rooms were recently refurbed, Bathroom was fabulous, great shower easy to use and good power. All the staff were friendly and helpful, entertainment was good clean family fun and the Ballet Flamenco was some of the best and most authentic we have had the pleasure to watch. Even the Quiz nights were good fun. Food choice was great and it was always hot and plentiful with food being replaced promptly when dishes were emptied.We were cycling and so were about 85% of the other guests when we were there. Brilliantly set up for cycling with secure underground bike storage.

Arrived with my wife for a 10 day holiday between 15th & 25th of April 2019. would recommend flying with Jet 2 as there seems to be more room on their planes & the staff are very attentive. That aside, the hotel was excellent just a short stroll from the Square, lovely pool (although goodness knows why they don't heat them in April or any other time off season?) Accommodation consists of 2 rooms one sitting & a bedroom with a flat TV in each with free WiFi, very well maintained lovely shower room, (no bath) and a balcony/terrace big enough for 2 chairs and a table. Would recommend taking a travel kettle as the only appliance supplied is a full size fridge, (not sure why there aren't facilities for cooking or making tea or even a sink in the living area as there's plenty of room?) There's a separate adults area above the bar with comfy mattress type loungers, (but be quick they tend to be nabbed 1st) The dining room staff are delightful but the quality of food is frankly not great, we had booked half board but only had around 5/10 meals in the hotel, breakfasts were good with most things you'd expect available but the dinners became very tired & repetitive very quickly, no steak nights or barbecue nights or Spanish, Italian Mexican speciality nights, just the same bog standard fare with a marginally change in the line-up. For some bizarre reason you could get various cheeses for breakfast (ie: goats cheese, blue cheese, local speciality hard cheeses) but NOT at dinner time?

Everything was great, the air travel was on point, The transfers were fantastic, The hotel was excellent and the food was top level. I would highly recommend jet 2 package holidays as every level of the service was easy to use and a great experience
