Best hotel in Santa Ponsa- clean, tidy, amazing staff, lovely food, pools are fab, always beds available, near to everything but far enough away not to be in middle of everything - cannot find any fault with the last three years we have visited and will continue to stay at this hotel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Lisa Paul James

Spent 10 nights here in June. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Hotel is immaculate and cleaners are friendly also. Room was cleaned every day while there and fresh towels every day. Our room was spotless and had a fab view to the pool and could even see the beach. Pool spotless and clean, again staff friendly at pool bar. The pool area picked up as we were getting to leave but we never had a problem getting a sunbed right at the pool area. Breakfast was included in our stay and was lovely (the times we actually made it lol)

Just back for the fourth time staying at the casablanca thoroughly enjoyed, hotel spotless, food excellent and the staff where wonderful I would recommend to anyone wanting a quiet relaxing holiday hotel is near the beach and shops.

Amazing hotel in prime location, absolutely loved everything about the hotel. Pool and restaurant is amazing and hotel is close to many bars and the beach. Breakfast and evening meal was very tasty and lots of choice. Defiantly would stay again.

Excellent choice of hotel. Ideally situated in quiet location, suitable for families and more mature people. Lovely clean and bright dining room, friendly staff offering great choices at all meal times.

Lovely hotel, apartments were basic but clean and had all we needed. Shower wasn't greatest but only as expected really. Was hot and working so can't ask for more than that. Both pools always had sun-beds available without having to be out at sunrise to get one. Excellent restaurants nearby, lovely resort.

This is a 3 star hotel and I consider that rating is about right. Don’t get me wrong. This is a nice hotel with very pleasant and helpful staff in both reception and restaurant. It is in a back street location making it nice and quiet and yet affords outstanding sea views. The rooms were spacious and clean. What then prevents it from being rated 4 Star? For me, the biggest down side here, was the fact that the rooms had not fridge. Mallorca gets very hot between May and October, so just a small fridge is the least one should expect to keep a bottle of water, milk, bar of chocolate etc fit for consumption. The bathroom was a decent size, but very surprisingly for continental Europe, had no bidet. There was a good size balcony, with good views of the pool below as well as the nearby beach, too large in fact, as it lacked any sort of privacy. A smaller balcony, just enough for table and chairs, screened off on either side would have been a much better options. Some of the rooms were like this but sadly, not ours.

Quite a nice little hotel good clean accommodation but would benefit greatly from a small fridge and a kettle in the hotel rooms.Staff all very pleasant and helpful,lovely ladies in restaurant always greeted with a smile.food could sometimes be a little on cold side maybe a plate warmer would help.Very well situated and beautiful views from our fourth floor balcony(401)

Good location, friendly staff, good food, clean rooms, what else can I say. Staff work hard but still find time to be courtious and friendly. Just a short stroll downhill to beach. Quite a few steps to negotiate to walk down to the pool so if you have a problem with steps this is not for you.

Stayed for 10 days hotel spotless all members of staff excellent a good and varied selection of food for everyone pool area excellent about 30 steps down to it beach 5 minute walk and main entertainment a nice 15 minute walk away
