Vitalclass Lanzarote Sport & Wellness Resort

Pool is nice, breakfast was good and the place generally is well looked after. The room was a little dated for my taste and the kitchen could’ve done with a deep clean, but otherwise all fine. I had a problem with ants on the terrace but the management were great, they offered a new room or to sort the problem. I chose the latter and they sorted it out immediately.

Hotel communal areas & bedrooms were well maintained, clean. & modern. Staff friendly & helpful. Sadly the main swimming pool was in disrepair - larger areas of tile falling off. Kids club was appalling - no air conditioning so doors were left open. Children were not supervised properly. Our young daughter walk out of the door & was found in another part of the hotel grounds. Child supervisor was clueless. Not safe! When you book a hotel use Google street view - this hotel is directly opposite two abandoned half built hotel complexes covered in graffiti with rubbish scattered everywhere. Apparently homeless people sleep in it. Resort itself was very average. Hire a car to view nicer areas of the island.

Hotel was perfect. Check in was easy, Friendly and pretty straightforward- only grip was there was a lot of info to take in so some written down information sheets would have been handy, ie meal times, gym opening times etc. Staff always really friendly and so helpful. Food was good, a different selection most nights. Chicken nuggets or fish fingers were a god send for the kids as you know kids. Pools were pretty big, though sadly people were as usual reserving them from early morning with towels so you have to be out early to get anything to sit on. All in all a great holiday had and we all go back if/when we can afford it

In general, the hotel was nice. A lot of entertainment and a splash pool for kids gave them a lot of fun. The room was very spacious. Only one aspect must be improved. Cutler's were dirty and sometimes meets was raw.

We have visited this hotel before and had an excellent holiday. Room is very large with separate kitchen, bedroom and kitchen, very spacious. Food as usual was very good. Quiet location but encourages a decent walk every day.

First holiday since 2019 and it did not disappoint. We loved Lanzarote and would certainly go back. The location of the hotel is not great. The hotel is a 10/15 min walk from nearest shops and more like 20-25 mins from the promenade, plus another 5 mins to a beach. The hotel itself is nice though, clean and spacious. Our room was fantastic, all recently decorated with the nicest bathroom we have ever had in a 4star. The beds were not that comfortable though and we had a view of a road… The food was plentiful and fresh, changing every day but as a vegetarian I would have liked clearer labels and more vegetarian choice. They made lots of meat and fish dishes every day if that’s what you like. Breakfast was excellent and my favourite meal of the day. Lunch was usually good too but dinner was a bit repetitive. The choice for children was limited and basic but my kids were happy to have pizza, chicken nuggets and chips every day. The drinks menu was extensive and most choices included in the all inclusive. There wasn’t a limit per day but they would only give you 2 drinks at a time which was frustrating when there’s 4 people so multiple trips. The entertainment varied in quality, most was enjoyable. Our youngest loved the mini disco and kids club. The staff looking after the kids club were fab! The outside areas were kept clean and tidy. There were lots of sun beds and they were good quality with mattresses. The pools were kept very clean too but they were freezing. Even the heated one was too cold to use, and my children went blue. The inside pool was part of a spa and you only got one visit for free. And then they made you buy swim hats to use so it ended up being an expensive visit. All in all we had a lovely week and would go back to the hotel for another stay (and I don’t usually say that!) I would pay for a pool view though, and take swim hats

Although this hotel is on a main road and away from the resort centre, it is possibly the best hotel we have stayed at in Lanzarote. All the staff, especially on reception, are helpful in every way. When the heating went off on our hottub, Christina (reception) had maintenance there within minutes. Very high and impressive standards. Meals were okay, nothing spectacular, but plenty of choice. Although there were only ever two members of staff working in the dining room, tables were cleared very quickly. Unfortunately the pool bar was left unattended at times during lunchtime, Overall, a great hotel for a quiet winter break away. Will definitely be going back for another birthday break.

All the Staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble, really went out of their way to make our break such an enjoyable one, excellent service with a smile! Christmas Day was lovely, truley memorable. Rooms were clean, Pool facilities were good, daytime entertainment was fun. The only thing that didnt meet our expectations was the Gym and Spa Facilities, need updating.

The hotel had a good location, around 30 minutes walk from the centre. The staff were all friendly and helpful. No real issues but everything we asked for was sorted quickly. We were b &b but did have 1 evening meal. Always something to tempt whatever your taste... and hot which isn't always the case on buffets. The most relaxing part was the abundance of sunbeds. Never had to rush early to get one and plenty space to move with the sun! Its due a refurbish but to be honest, it only really showed at the spa, which was free but a bit dated. IOnly stayed once for evening entertainment but kids and adults catered for. We were always going to the centre anyway but the live act we saw were good. The facilities I'd give a very good but yhe people and service we had upped it to excellent. The management should be proud of their teams efforts.

The rooms were filthy the cleaner comes in and flushes the toilet no disinfectant that’s the amount of cleaning that got done in two weeks what a disgrace the hotel should employ their own cleaners and not contract it out as this leaves not enough cleaners probably on a pittance of a wage to clean an entire hotel so they’ve not got time to take pride in their job.

Lovely Hotel and grounds. Had comfy bed and clean. Sadly a noisy ceiling fan. Good food and lovely staff. Wellbeing and so a facilities good. Varied menu and evening entertainment. Would go again just a few tweaks to air conditioning would be good as noisy.

The hotel needs updating and the rooms were something to be desired, air con was bad and there were plaster falling of walls, furniture looked very worn and it wasn't a 4* hotel. My 2 kids loved the hotel they had a great time. The hotel was a little out of resort but the walk down was beautiful along the waterfront. It took about 30 mins. I would recommend the resort but I would not hotel.

Don't believe all bad reviews about this hotel. We've had a lovely week on all inclusive and I don't have one bad thing to say about this place! Rooms were cleaned regularly, they are huge and give you everything you need! Food was great too, always plenty of it and always something different. Facilities were simply fantastic especially the kids area, gym well equipped, tennis, indoor pool so you never get bored. Staff were great! They couldn't do enough for you! We had a issue with our room on last night with some strange smell, they offered to move us straight away. As we were going home next day they offered us late check out for free instead! Town centre was only 15 min walk away so was the lovely beaches. Overall just fantastic!!

Was a little concerned reading reviews , but I can honestly say I have stayed at a Hotel where the staff have been so friendly and helpful , from the reception , to the cleaners , to the restaurant to the entertainment team , who work tirelessly to encourage involvement without being too pushy , with special praise to Zeni who helped make our holiday so memorable , ok the rooms are dated and need a little tlc ( which I believe they are getting soon) but they were clean and serviced well , couldn't fault the food , always a good selection and was always hot , overall a very good experience, I only hope they don't increase the prices too much after the refurbishment , as Id love to go again
