Costal walks lead to more secluded bays and also Papagayo Beach or you can take a 'sea taxi' to this renowned beauty spot. It is also possible to uncover the rich, sleepy fishing heritage that Playa Blanca was built around, especially in the port. For a complete change of scene for the day, the Canary Island of Fuerteventura is also just a 30 minute boat ride away.
