What if I make a booking by mistake?
Jet2holidays.com is committed to pay for seats and accommodation at the point of confirmation of a booking, therefore you need to be aware that all bookings made with Jet2holidays.com will have to be paid for.
Should you need to amend or cancel a booking please email our After Sales Support Centre on amendmybooking@jet2holidays.com where you will be advised of the costs.
Who should I contact if I have special requirements?
Jet2holidays.com endeavors to meet the needs of passengers with special requirements, however they cannot be guaranteed. These can fall into 2 categories, medical requirements for example expectant mothers or those with a medical condition, or specific requests for the accommodation you have chosen such as a low floor room.
