Yes we have great cheap holiday deals at Jet2holidays.com but we know that the poor performance of the pound against the euro has thwarted many of your attempts to enjoy some sunshine abroad over the past year.
However, all that is about to end, giving you even more value from a cheap holiday deal at Jet2holidays.com.
Great Value For Your Budget
This week (7 June 2010) has seen the pound recover against the Euro which will no doubt see plenty of eager holidaymakers jetting off for cheap holidays to Spain, The Balearics, Portugal and Greece, the list goes on.
Whilst these destinations have always been rich with sunshine, sand and sea the sangria and souvlaki have been rather pricey. Yet those holidaymakers who swapped a holiday for a staycation last year can now reward themselves with a great vale cheap holiday to the eurozone.
“Us Brits really do love our sunshine”
Philip Meeson, boss of Jet2.com commented on the excitement that is likely to follow the news of the pound’s recovery. He said:
“Us Brits really do love our sunshine and with the unreliable British climate, holidaying at home can’t always provide those endless balmy days by the pool which we just love! At Jet2.com and Jet2holidays.com we have experienced a huge growth in demand for destinations outside of the Euro-zone such as Turkey and Egypt which offer great value for money.
“But now the pound is back in rude health this week, our customers are also flocking to old favourites such as mainland Spain, The Balearics, Portugal, Greece and The Canaries. It’s great that British holidaymakers have the freedom to take advantage of the many beautiful sunshine resorts on offer in Europe.”

We returned after 1 week in the California Apts at the beginning of June. Ideally located clean apartments. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only drawback is the drunken behaviour of the young Brits coming in and partying anywhere. We were pleased to get back for a nights sleep. We are told only to go to these apartments between Sept and March when the young set dont go.
