Jet2Holidays Launch More Destinations from Glasgow

In exciting news for our Scottish customers and other customers in the north, Jet2holidays and sister company Jet2.com have announced a new base at Glasgow. This means more flights to favourite destinations like Majorca, Tenerife and Paphos and more holidays all year round from April 2011.

The new Glasgow base, which opens on 14 September 2010, will serve nine destinations, Alicante, Dalaman (Turkey), Faro, Majorca, Monastir (Tunisia), Nice, Paphos, Sharm El Sheikh and Tenerife with the first flights taking off in April next year.

A Range of Choices

The launch of the new base will give more customers the chance to soak up some Winter Sun with cheap holidays to Majorca from £219 per person for seven nights self catering. Tenerife costs from £329 per person for seven nights in Playa De Las Americas, half-board. Or holidaymakers might want to relax on a cheap holiday in Paphos from £299 per person for seven nights self catering.

Away from the clutches of the Eurozone there are cheap holidays to Dalaman in Turkey from £329 per person for a seven night, all-inclusive stay in Marmaris or the popular resort of Sharm El Sheikh in Egypt from £449 for seven nights all-inclusive. Additionally, all-inclusive packages to Monastir in Tunisia cost from £319 per person.

With seven nights in Faro available from £199 per person, three nights bed and breakfast in Nice from £299 and the popular resort of Alicante in Spain available from £229 per person for seven nights self catering, there are plenty of options for everyone at the new Glasgow base.

When are you starting the route Glasgow-Toulouse. I have just returned from this route into Edinburgh and was told by cabin crew that this new route to Toulouse from Glasgow would commence next year. Do you have the dates yet?

Also – are you intending to fly to Rome from Glasgow or Edinburgh?
