Filia Hotel Apartments

Started off great with free drink then shown to room, these apartments are advertised as THREE BLOCKS we seemed to have ended up in a forth block, the standard of the room wasn’t like the brochure, only plus away from the bar so a bit quieter. Needs a full renovation small kitchen with no plug for the kettle, lots of ants, broken bed slats, shower head wouldn’t stay up, bathroom door rotten, other guests raving about the rooms we paid for and didn’t get so on that note we will not return to these apartments but would return to Stalis Fabulous resort.

This hotel is in a quiet location, and only has 40 rooms, meaning that it is not too busy, which was nice. When I arrived, I was given a different room to the one I had actually booked, but this was quickly sorted out by Michael the very friendly manager, when I spoke to him about it. The pool is reasonably small, but it was fine when I was there as it was not too busy. Whether it would be as good during the busier months, I couldn't say. My room, when it was sorted out, was very nice, and being disabled it was on the ground floor, whereas the first one was upstairs. Overall, a very nice, friendly, clean hotel, and well worth the price I paid. I would definitely go back again!

Just returned from another stay at the filia hotel,this place is a hidden gem thanks to mike,george billy marina they all go the extra mile to help you,we will be back next year,great holiday thanks once again for a great stay.

Just back from a 21 night stay at Filia with the lovely Spanakis family. Lovely clean accommodation with friendly, helpful staff. Good food. Lovely clean pool with comfortable sun loungers. Can't wait to return next year.

paid extra for a pool view , had a pool view but of next doors apartments pool, bathroom was a shambles no shower curtain water went everywhere, toilet didnt flush properly so we were left a large plastic bucket to fill up with water so we could send everything on its way !!, rooms to close to a very busy main road which run from airport to malia very very noisy from 6am to 1am in the morning, spoke to a lot of regulars who come back year after year but book directly with the apartments so get free aircon probably the best rooms and free pickups to and from the airport, if you want aircon its whooping £120 for 2 weeks which is very pricey, so a package holiday here isnt the best choice, a lot of people book direct, but the plus point was the beach and sea which was much better than the small pools on offer.

This is a family run hotel.who could not do enough for you.rooms kept very clean.pool and bar area have a great atmosphere. Sunbeds very comfortable. Hotel is close to the main st. And beach.billy the best barman in stallis

This is a great family run hotel with 2 good pools and great mattresses on the sun beds.The rooms were clean and comfortable and we had a great night at the barbecue. Crazy Billy in the bar was hilarious and the food we had was very good and reasonable. The apartments are near to the main strip and beach which was ideal. Would certainly stay again no problem

Ladies only holiday, celebrating a special Birthday. Arrived late Sat. night, hotel/pool bar was in full swing. Warm welcome from Michael & Billy, 2 of the brothers who own/manage the Filia. Lovely breakfast, cooked by George (the 3rd of three brothers), as was other food we ate at the hotel. Would definitely recommend!

Great hotel cleaning excellent. Staff excellent can not do enough to help sunbeds best I've had anywhere food good and reasonably priced Pool is excellent the brothers Billy George and Michael were great nothing is too much trouble and Dora the cleaner is so pleasant and hard-working keeping the hotel spotless Grace and Ian scotland

Couldn't fault the cleanliness of the complex and the room (even saw the cleaner standing on top of the sink unit to clean the top of the cupboard)!. Very spacious room although I thought the mezzanine stairs were a bit steep and the bottom step too high.The air con was a bit pricey (still needed it mid September).As I like try out other places in the resort and spent most of the time away from the apartments I only ate here once but it was very nice,couldn't fault it,very big portions. Everyone was very friendly,in all an enjoyable stay.

This was our third trip to the Filia, and again we had a lovely time. If you want a laid back, family oriented holiday then this is for you. The food at the hotel is nice and well worth trying- especially the feta stuffed burgers! Yummmmmmm Looking forward to the next time we are back.

Going again next year our 4th time wouldn't go anywhere else. Micheal and his family were great host especially Billy behind the bar couldn't do enough for you. Location great 5 minster from beach and all bars.

Love it can not wait to go back great family So friendly and the staff are all great can not fault anything Some great trips The resturants all good food and friendly staff make you feel so welcome Also great for kids and adults .
