HM Jaime III Hotel

Great location central to Palma. Within walking distance of shops the old town and the harbour. The hotel itself was good. Very arty! Good breakfast each morning before we set off for the day Would highly recommend

Very central hotel, ideal for walking to all the sites in Palma city. Choose room with balcony which overlooked the main road and river, there was no noise to disturb us as all double glazed. Room was spacious and very clean, minimalistic. Beds comfortable.Bathroom a good size and everything worked well. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Some days they were short staffed, so they were rushing round trying to clean tables in between customers, but they just got on with it efficiently. Luckily we were on the first floor so used the stairs, but there is only one lift and you can be waiting a long time for it at busy periods. There was a spa and gym in the hotel with changing rooms that looked really nice but we didn’t have time to try it out. The bar was nice and it also served food which seemed to be mainly sandwich’s on a special bread in the evening. There are loads of restaurants in the vicinity, so we went out each night. Front desk were very helpful booking restaurants for us and also a taxi. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a city break, cleanliness and helpfulness.

Hotel was excellent. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast , Brunch and Dinner were all great.and good value, especially Sunday Brunch ( the prawns and paella were fantastic ) Location is central and perfect for a short break. Very easy to walk to several places of interest and very close to shopping , restaurants and bars. Would thoroughly recommend.

Very impressed with this hotel. Worthy of its 4-star rating. Wonderful trendy design. Great breakfasts, superb location, bigger-than-normal comfortable room, quality restaurant for lunch or dinner if required. Friendly efficient staff. A most welcoming hotel which even offers a few free drinks in minibar on arrival.

Nice All the black on the walls and floors needs keeping very clean Edges are dusty and so visible on the black floor coverings A few cracked tiles in the bathroom needed replacing Breakfast was nice scrambled eggs were sometimes a bit grey Took ages to get a drink in the evening A bit short on waiters On the whole nice a bit tired and needs more waiters

First time with Jet 2 and won’t be the last. Excellent hotel, flight and all Jet 2 people we came into contact were spot on. Hotel was in a central area ideal for all parts of Palma. Excellent bars and restaurants on the same black. The public bus from the airport stops outside the hotel so there is no requirement for a taxi.

Stayed at the Jamie 3 Hotel which was excellent staff very friendly hotel facilities were excellent. The only thing was we arrived early and our standard room wasn't ready but the upgrade was we declined this because of the extra cost.

Had a wonderful stay at Jamie III. Staff were friendly and made us feel so welcome. Management made our anniversary special giving us a bottle of champagne to celebrate - thank you so much. Room 207 was clean, and plenty of room. However, the room didn't receive any natural light making the room very dull and dark. Food in the hotel was good, but dining area very over-crowded. Location was absolutely excellent and their outside area was very well lit and warm, giving a lovely ambience. Plenty restaurants near hotel, lovely city walks and not to forget the beautiful promenade walk. We had a lovely time.
