Iberostar Creta Panorama and Mare.

Great hotel with a sea view room, food was good and wholesome hotel was spotless and the staff amazing. Location quiet suited us might not suit everyone. Entertainment was questionable but unexpected so probably better than none. It felt a bit like we had gone back to the Majorca we visited over 30 years ago alcohol prices where very good. 10 mins walk to the old town which is beautiful and a little further to Alcudia beach which is probably the best beach I have ever been on immaculate clean and prices for beds and umbrellas lower than I paid years ago

Lovely and friendly staff with a wonderful view and private beaches. The rooms are a bit dated but the attentive service and wonderful views make up for it. Can’t fault the service, great food options and no complaints at all. They have salty water pools and a loud but great animation team. Would definitely book to return!

We had a great holiday at Iberostar Creta & Panorama. Its a big complex and overlaps into the Creta Marina next door. The buffet was extensive and varied each night. All the catering staff were wonderful when we asked any questions. The five swimming pools and two beaches were great to explore so could try something new each day. Reception really helpful, especially when we needed help with buses, taxi numbers and making plans with my two children. The entertainment/animation team really made the holiday, lots of energy every day round the main pool, lots of classes. My children enjoyed the shallow pool and we went to kids club for a few days. I went to quite a few with Valeria and Madonna for yoga, body balance, dance and zumba. The evening entertainment with Simone was fabulous lots of dances and comedy. The full moon party with dj and endless alcohol was a lot of fun on the Friday night. A great holiday and I would love the chance to go back and experience it all next year!

Family holiday, 2 adults, 1 3 year old boy, plenty of pools and bars and all the staff were very friendly and helpful, we had a nice holiday. What I would improve would be, more fun for kids at the pool in the way of a slide or 2, more information at the bars as to what drinks are available, there is no bar menu unless you download it, which isn't ideal. Silly rule of men having to have sleeves at dinner, most women were wearing much less and many were not the nicest sights to look at when you're trying to eat, silly sexist rule. I paid for a priority room but was placed right above the noisiest bar in the hotel so I wish I had saved the money. The cleaners were brilliant. The service was good. It was a little pricey for what it was. There wasn't much around the hotel. It was noisy where we were and the room was very small.

An all round excellent complex suitable for all ages but especially young families All inclusive was amazing as we had never tried this before ..so much variety and really good quality both food and drink Lovely clean rooms and very helpful staff ...brilliant entertainment both day and evening Plenty of lovely scenery and safe pathways to walk round the fabulousl grounds

A lovely resort hotel, with plenty of pools and grass areas giving it a feeling of space, lots of areas for both fun pool time and relaxed/quite sunbathing and swimming. The hotel entertainment / gym staff were great, just the right balance between fun and not too over bearing.

We stayed in May 2019 in a Superior Bungalow. The setting was beautiful with the sea in full view. There were two beautiful private coves, perfect for swimming. The hotel grounds were well maintained and spacious and the public areas always looked perfect. The buffet food was good. The staff at the hotel were friendly and obliging. The Activities team were great! It is not difficult to see why some people return to this hotel. There are some issues, but it all depends on personal taste and preferences. The indoor pool was dirty and never used, despite a few cold days. The bus to Rethymnon drops you back along way from hotel and you are left to cross a main busy road - not ideal for elderly or small children. There is only one restaurant and a smaller cafe style restaurant. Not much choice for AI. You have to pay for sun lounger on the beach. Not a problem for us as we felt it was worth it. We had loads of ants and other insects in our bungalow. Although cleaning was done to perfection. The rooms are very dated and this lets the rest of hotel down. If you are hoping for drinks on tap all day long - this is not the place for you! Only wine and beer until evening. The SPA was not as good as others we have experienced. Top Hotel with superb grounds, really friendly and helpful staff. Food and accommodation is tip top. Excellent location with great landscaped spacious grounds. There are four good sized swimming pools to suit all tastes, from fun size to quiet, with ample shade around all the pools.

Upon arrival free possecco and a rose.The bungalows where very clean with a plate of chocolate covered strawberries on my bed. The food was excellent with a lot of variety and staff where geniue and cared.

First time booking with Jet2 and yes we will use them again, great friendly service. Creta Panorama was recommended to us and didn't disappoint. Views were amazing, clean well maintained hotel grounds and rooms. Friendly staff. Animation team ... Simone and your crew were fantastic!! from 10am until late ... always smiling and what a performance? the shows each night were funny, professional and overall we looked forward to each evening (never done that before!) great overall holiday made some lovely friends and looking to return. Well Done to all the team.

I was recommended this resort by friends so this year we decided to give it a try.On arrival I was impressed with the checking in and the general cleanliness of the place and the helpfulness of the staff.We were taken to our room by golf buggy and although it had a beautiful view the rooms simply were not big enough for a family of four. We managed to work round this by moving a small bed into the main bedroom, not ideal but it kind of worked.The resort itself is very tidy, clean and appears well maintained. The pools seem well looked after and in general the whole place is very well laid out and maintained.The food available for all inclusive is a little bit repetitive but overall is of a good quality although at busy times the main restaurant did struggle a bit and you had to time your visit. Drinks etc. were plentiful and the deserts were to die for, I've put on about 12 stone in weight because of this.What really makes this place are the staff and the entertainment team. The staff are all so helpful and polite and the entertainment team are just superb, nothing is too much trouble for them.A massive thank you to Tony Macaroni, Rafa, Sasha, Isabella and all the rest for keeping us entertained.Overall a good experience but I would certainly recommend booking the biggest rooms you can get.
