We had an amazing holiday. The one bedroom apartment was roomy and cleaned daily. All the staff, the manager and his family, were lovely, polite and helpful. We would definitely go again. We met a couple, who were staying elsewhere. They usually stay at the Barbie Hotel and we’re really disappointed they didn’t get a room. They had been coming to the Barbie for years.

The whole of the accomodation area, ie reception, pool area, rooms were very clean and tidy! Cleaning staff were very helpful, changing towels as and when necessary! Kitchen space in room was good, although a bit sparce on utensils! Overall, very good!!

We have been travelling to Rhodes for some years and stayed at the Barbie Apartments a number of times. Highly recommend if you want a quiet, relaxing holiday. The owners, Barbara and Vangelis are only too happy to help you with anything. The food at the restaurant is amazing and well priced. There have been a number of welcome improvements this year and hopefully Vangelis will take on comments to upgrade the sun loungers for next year!

Yet another fabulous holiday with great hosts, excellent food and close to all bars and restaurants. This place just gets better and better and Barbara's and Vangellis are the ultimate hostsBarbie is a quiet clean family hotel and they cannot do enough for you. Home made food is fresh and well presented

We had another great experience with JET 2 right from check in with Jackie at Leeds toe the cabin crew , the fantastic Barbie hotel with Vangelis ,Barbara and there family who run a great hotel , with well cooked meals and a wide choice of dishes. . The hotel was as you would expect for a 3 star hotel basic clean , with good service a great base for a holiday. The JET 2 ref was great JJ JONES he was very knowledgeable on the hole island and speaks fluent greek , having worked on Rhodes since the early 1980's he was just what you need in a Rep

apartment was small but fine as a base if you are going to be out and about most of the time,If you like to cook on holiday you may require a larger apartment Staff are lovely and helpful. The location is excellent.

This is the first time that we had stayed here in these apartments. Ideal location plenty of good places to eat right on your doorstep. Had a great time. The staff were brilliant so friendly and helpful. Definitely stay here again. Roll on next year.

Great owners friendly and cant do enough for you.food was amazing and accommodation was spotless.pool and surrounding area was kept very clean and overall a great holiday so good we are returning next year.

The hotel was great, clean, good food lovely staff, the only downside was the beds they were too soft for our liking!. We had a great outlook from the balcony which was also well equipped-washing line, pegs, table and chairs. Plenty of equipment in the kitchen. linen and towels changed frequently. What more could you want?

Lovely exterior and lovely pool area. Good priced bar and snack menu however we found our room to be full of mosquitos and were bitten several times every night. Dead flys on the shower wall not removed throughout our stay. Balcony overlooked an untidy field..couldnt sit out at night for mosquitos. Also several times whilst in the shower the water supply went! Must be at peak times if others are using water then it stops others from using it. Owners hit or miss with friendliness. Location is good...very quiet hotel just what we like. Books available to borrow. Bed sheets seemed datee with old stains and threaded bath towells.Wifi was €2 an hour or €25 a week..i found it to be very slow. Only bought it once and never used again. Aircon was €40 for they stay which was fantastic in that heat.

Very clean but no porters so you do have to carry your own suitcase, maybe not so good for elderly if your upstairs. In a very quiet part of the resort but only a short walk to shops and bars, and I mean very quiet part

Would definitely recommend, every thing is on your doorstep, very pleasant apartments, very relaxing and very clean and well maintained, plenty of sun loungers so you can have a lie in no need to rush to the pool in a morning, can't comment on the breakfast a we were self catering, plenty of hot water great shower. A lovely resort, have nothing negative to say, we had a great holiday.

Barbie hotel and apartments was excellent, barbera could do enough to help. Pool and rooms where clean and the food was excellent 5star tasty. Convenient to the centre village 20 mins on bus to Rhodes town, car hire was good too and quite cheap.
