Spring Hotel Bitacora & Siam Park Waterpark

Iv stayed at this hotel a number of time in the past and it was always a nice hotel. But after our return in February the hotel is very impressive my 7 year old daughter loved the new pool and all the slides and the kid's play ground all so the kids club from 7pm till 11pm was great and very safe. The food is at a very high standard. It's a good hotel for wheelchairs as a member of our party was disabled. The room was big and very comfortable. We will definitely going back.

Not ever again, noise around hotel from work on balconies and dining room and surrounding pool areas, food awful, breakfasts just ok but lunch and dinner terrible had to go out after first few nights to local restaurants, then found we could use the Vulcano instead, great you wouldnt think they were in the same Spring group of hotels.

Stayed for the 1st time at this hotel and will defo be returning. Great location and fab hotel. The hotel food was nice and always plenty. Rooms lovely and cleaned every day. Staff all very friendly and helpful. They even put a baby bath in our room for my 16month old which I thought was great.

Hotel is really nice and clean. The work that is being carried out just not can get very noisy and was a let down when trying to enjoy chill time by the pool. For was nice but never warm enough. Meal time starts at half 6 and we went most night for then and it was look warm. That would be my only points to make about the hotel.

This was our fourth visit to the Bitacora, and it was as enjoyable as ever. We love the up dates to the rooms, the full shower screen is a big improvement. The food was great,I loved the grilled prawns and fish! my only criticism was my daughter really missed the freshly made crepes at breakfast. We will return, it’s a lovely location and so convenient for everything on offer

2nd Visit to the Hotel and been many times to Las Americas. Very good food choices my boys loved the pancakes and Nutella for breakfast. Always plenty of choice. Only downside is people putting towels down this needs to be dealt with as unfair on those who will actually use but don’t want to be up at the crack of dawn! Football pitch and slide in the pool again great for kids and lots going on in Hotel. iMacs in reception a big plus for kids, and time out from Sun. Complimentary Pool View from the Hotel for my 40th Birthday and Chocolates for my Sons 12th Birthday lovely! We’d definitely revisit.

Good hotel, amazing food, nice location, wide range of activities for all ages. I will consider going back to this hotel again in the near future. Jet2 holidays all inclusive is well woth it and highly recommended.
