Eix Lagotel Holiday Resort

Amazing stay at an excellent resort! Entertainment team were amazing and you didn’t have to leave the hotel at all to be honest as there was always something to do throughout the day and night! All staff are friendly, professional and provide an excellent service and the entertainment staff especially Fabian are exceptional! Food was amazing and always a different variety every night! Would highly recommend and enjoyed it so much we are going back in September and plan to return next summer too!

Hotel was very good. Cleaning service was brilliant, fresh towels every day. Apartments were very modern and beds comfortable. Shower was amazing. Entertainment every night. Went self catering so cannot comment on the food. Three pools, one adult only which is where we spent all holiday .

This hotel is in an excellent location its away from the busy strip but close enough to everything on foot. There are three pools some are busy some not so busy and large enough for everyone, people who like the hustle and bustle use the larger pools but if you want to just read and keep yourself to yourself you can, the snack bars near the pools also excellent and good value

For the last six years we have been going to Lanzarote in June but the weather has been unpredictable. We thought we would give Mallorca a go...what a lovely surprise. The hotel was lovely, large light bedroom, towels changed every day, all the staff were brilliant, food was good plenty to choose from, entertainment was good and the weather was stunning. We will definitely be returning!!!!!

We first came here in September last year for 10 days, and again in may this year what a fantastic hotel, friendly helpful, clean , food is good with a wide range to choose from. The adults pool is where we spent most of our days, the regular barman there is just so friendly he even remembered us from last year. The grounds are lovely theres entertainment all the pools are great theres a courtesy bus taking u back n forth to the beach if u dont fancy a walk what more could u ask for. The swan in town is a great bar for cheap food and drink and smiling friendly staff, great market on in alcudia if u fancy bargains only 8 euro in taxi. We also walked along the beach to alcudia port and had lunch nice stroll takes about 1 half hours.. all I can say is a great value for money hotel which we will definitely be returning to

I had a great few days here. All the staff were very friendly. Food was great...you even get to see Spain's version of George Clooney at the bar. There was a little frustration as kids were playing in the one lift that was working out of two during my visit. Not the hotel's fault. All in all the facilities good, with a shuttle service to the beach. It's a bit of a way to Alcudia itself but bus is only a couple of Euros. Good for a family holiday as the pools are great.

Great hotel, food was lovely with plenty of choice. Staff work very hard to make sure you have a great holiday, would highly recommend this hotel for family's on a budget. Location is fine a within walking distance to the beach.

Lagotel is a lovely hotel, very luxurious for a 3 star hotel.Our only complaint is that the food in the dining room was usually cold, thank goodness they had microwaves,and often the signs above the food were confusing. The evening entertainment left a lot to be desired,but the musical quiz was great ! Overall a good holiday at a reasonable price.

nothing at all to complain about.great food, lovely room, very friendly staff in all areas. great pool areas with no fights for sun loungers , especially at "breezers bar" . looking to go back next summer

This hotel is fantastic value for money for both couples and family's. 2 kids pools,2 medium pools and 2 deep pools with snack and drink bars and very clean. Rooms are spotless and most have a walk in shower after recent refurbished. Also tv . Free wifi in lobby. Food is very good with plenty of options to choose from. Nice location away from the noisier alcudia but only 5 min bus ride. Hotel has small shuttle bus which is free and runs to the main bus stops Overall this is great value for money
