Hotel Vibra Mare Nostrum

Nice hotel and very clean. Good value for money, Food is hygienically stored in terrines and safe and quite tasty. Staff unsure though about what was included in the all inclusive plus package we were on. Still these are minor points - I would recommend for those in Abu get - although it seems ill seemed expensive overall.

Stayed here for 4 nights all inclusive, arrived late on day 1 and all inclusive ends at 11.00 am on checkout (regardless of late pick up) so that amounts to 3 days all inclusive. The bar service is something else you pay a deposit at checkin for a token, that gets you a drink at the bar so when you finish your drink take your Plastic cup/beaker back to the bar & retrieve your token. Well what can I say? not only do you have to queue twice for one drink but your also doing the bar staffs job for them by taking back your plastic cup/beaker. The bar also closes at 11.00pm wow just what you want when on holiday 11.10 lights out take your drink inside and finish it,oops then take your plastic cup/beaker to bed with you so you can retrieve your token the next day (or buy another one). Bar staff are extremely rude.On the plus side the hotel is clean the food is edible, the rooms are adequate and the beds comfy although the walls are very thin and you can hear every groan, grunt, snore & sneeze from neighbours. The location is great. Would I stay here again??? Not even if it was free.

Food, drinks, staff, pool, rooms! Everything was horrific so let down ruined our holiday! Poorly advertised on the travel agents behalf. Will definitely not be booking with jet 2 again if this is the sort of hotel they recommend, and also for price, it wasn't cheap either. Me and my partner were ill for most of the holiday.. probably down to the terrible food and dirty drinks. But simply the worst part about it was the absolutely terrible service from the staff and how rude they were to customers! Once again stay away from this hotel.

Overall the hotel was ok but found staff very rude and unhelpful! We arrived at 11pm but we could not get into our rooms until 2pm. This was not stated until after we arrived. The location was perfect but we would not return to this hotel again.

Service from jet 2 ( booking, transfers, flights) faultless. Last minute booking, couple aged 30 - 40 and first holiday without children, 3 night escape. Location good, pool area adjacent to busy main road but music around pool mainly blocks out. 10 minute walk to big clubs and many buses directly outside hotel. Beach lush however nit an area of ibiza I would take children to, didnt come accross many of the usual mini rides you expect in these resorts, didnt even see mini golf.Would say hotel more for adults, very few children during our stay although there was a fair sized children's pool, a good playground, tennis/volleyball, kids club shack so maybe thee ramp up in school holidays? No entertainment in the hotel either day or evening, again maybe only in school hols although good music around pool area. Only one bar which was sufficient for the guests in situ although if the hotel were full I'd suspect a different story as didn't notice any staff member that was enthusiastic, smiles were non existent. The hotel was immaculately clean, room average size and beds very comfortable memory foam. Flat screen TV, 1 English channel if that's your thing. Booked a pool view room but didn't get it and the service at reception so painfully slow and unhelpful didn't even bother going to complain. Check in from 2pm although all inclusive band given immediately ( well, after around an hour waiting to be served). Excellent secure baggage room and shower room ideal if your flight home leaves later than 11 am check out. Food was edible, not the best by far, we have visited numerous hotels all inclusive in the med, but you won't go hungry. Nations of beautiful salad, fruit and bread as a last resort. Deserts were ok although sometimes still frozen in the middle. And to conclude, the sunbeds......It doesn't matter where you go in the world at peak times there always seems to be a bed shortage. We got 2 each day we were there around 10 am. This was due only to the hotel being under occupied. I'd say they have around 100 beds in total, no where near enough fir a hotel of this size despite having ample space for many more. Can't understand this. All inclusive stops at 11pm which didn't bother us as we went out on an evening but would have been a real pain had we taken the children as no family pubs in the area. Spar 2 minutes down the road for supplies. Good base for an adult holiday and only 15 mins from airport
