GF Isabel & Siam Park Waterpark

This hotel has never failed to give us a great winter break. We have stayed 4 times, 3 in a ground floor bungalow and last time in a second floor apartment. There is virtually no difference between the interiors and facilities. The beds are extremely comfortable and the hotel has been gradually refurbishing. Staff are excellent and very helpful. Rooms are cleaned daily. Breakfast is good with plenty of choice. Dinner is ok, again plenty of choice but not top class. Sushi and bruschettas are recommended. There is entertainment every evening. Plenty for children to do and families seem very well catered for. We are a couple in our 70s and enjoy being in a mixed age hotel where it’s more lively.

we stayed in the GF Isabel in aug and was very happy with the hotel. the room was large and very clean. the food options at every meal was very good even for the pickiest of eaters. we used the quiet pool towards the back of the hotel as this was closest to our room. would definitely stay again

Arrived at gf Isobel around 1030pm nothing there to eat. Sister in-law had a bungalow that had awful smell & covered in ants. They did change her bungalows two days later.Seen quite a lot cockroaches which I’ve never seen in a 4 star hotel before! Some staff were not very friendly what so ever. We had a total of 4 rooms and a bungalow our flight was late and not one of us could keep a room on for late check out.. entertainment was awful however the staff around pool were fantastic getting people todo water polo etc they were so friendly. However will never stay here again..

a good place to stay, clean friendly, great rooms pools and restaurant, lifts to all floors, with shops and supermarket close by, Saturday market across the road, good bars and restaurants around the corner

Recommend this hotel home from home and staff are friendly Good selection on drinks and the food caters for everyone Walking distance to the bars, the market and the beach Spacious clean accommodation comfortable sun beds near the pool

The GF Isabel is a very clean & cared for hotel. We were B&B but the breakfast has a great choice but almost the same every morning. Our room was as far as possible from reception & the dinning room as possible. In future I would send an email in advance and request a near room to the facilities. It is a HUGE hotel. I must say it is our 4 th visit to the hotel

Loved the hotel GF Isabel. Our apartment room was a great size with a separate living / dining area with sofas and a dining room table and kitchenette facilities ( although we didn't use these). The hotel style is that of a Canarian village with a lovely feel to the grounds. We used the smaller pool at the rear of the hotel mainly which was never crowded. The large main pool was busier but still had a nice atmosphere and the pool bar cafe seved a good range of snacks for lunchtime. We had a half board option and found this to be good value and a good choice / range of food served buffet style. It all seemed well organised and the drinks prices were reasonable. It was only a 10 minute walk to the beachfront and promenade with lots of restaurants and bars with good prices. We would return again to this hotel - all staff were so friendly, appreciated any attempts at speaking spanish and helped us with our minor queries very promptly.

Our second visit to the hotel, brilliant stay. Stayed first time in one bedroom apartment and stayed second time in a one bedroom villa both spotless clean and both very comfortable. Loved the sun beds round the pool meals catered for everyone and staff very pleasant

We had a 1 bedroom bungalow that was spacious,clean and comfortable. We were on a self catering board basis which worked out well. Didn't use the mini market but the supermarket in the small shopping centre next door had plenty of selection, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby or by the beach. Used the juice bar and main bar both of which were nice. Sunbeds were comfortable on the adults only roof and by the jacuzzi. Only thing we were not so pleased with is that we got no sun on our outside space at all. 2 sunbeds there but did notuse themas it was in the shade all the time.

Couldn't fault this hotel and its staff, they really couldn't do enough for you. The food was lovely as was the setting, it felt very safe for the children to walk around freely and we had entertainment every night. I would definitely go back again.
