Good Central location, fabulous views of the village and sea beyond..... Note that great views come with a steep climb,... The driveway to the property! And the road is on a hill so not for the unfit, but we managed it every day, twice a day, but it didn't get any easier! Apartments are cleaned/swept daily, twice weekly sheet/towel changes. Pool good size, pool bar serving good and drink all day and evening good prices.... And no sunbed wars! Kitchen area.... Mmmm...i don't really cook on Holiday, but I like to make scrambled eggs or pasta for snacking, but we didn't have a pan in sight! A frying pan and saucepan would have been good...No sharp knife, just two desert spoons, 2 forks, 2 knives! But we did have a kettle and toaster! Two beaches within easy walking distance.... Don't forget the hill on the way back! Lots of ants in the room but this is Greece... So buy some ant spray and they go away😊 Air con is 10euro a day, well worth it as if you leave the doors open at night you risk being eaten alive by mozzies.... Never been attacked as bad in pefkos as I was this year! One downside, we were in a top floor studio... It had no wardrobe or drawers, just a piece of driftwood hanging from the ceiling (very pretty but nevertheless pointless).... Karpathios, please invest in a wardrobe, if not leave the driftwood and give us a set of drawers! And two basic pans and a sharp knife! Would return 😊

Lovely pool, plenty of sun beds, clean basic accommodation. Ravi the barman is amazing and does everything he can to make your stay a pleasure. Steep hill up to hotel but at 65 I managed it, not suitable to anyone with walking difficulties. Had a fantastic, peaceful stay .

Host not particularly friendly or helpful just about bare minimum, ants in rooms and air-conditioning not working effectively in first room had to change rooms as paying €10 a night for it. Pool area and food around the pool absolutely fine Steep hill on return to apartment

looks lovely from the outside, pool area and bar was good, unfortunately the room was very disappointing. It was dirty, the bathroom smelt of stale urine and blocked drains, the apartment was crawling with ants (which I wouldn’t have minded) except they were also in the bed. I would definitely not return and I wouldn’t recommend to a friend

We were worried at first, as our holiday company could not contact the hotel, as we wanted a sea view, and this was not confirmed. But we need not have worried, there was a great vista of town, sea and hills. The room is plain but done in a surprisingly good colour scheme, however this was painted onto wood that was partly rotten in places, I itched to chisel this out! A bit of a head scratcher, as the paving had wonderfully intracate Lindian designs which would be more time consuming than painting. The bed was Lindian as well, but we like firmness, I don't think the mattress is as thin as some suggest. There is space to hang clothes, a fridge for your beer, and cleaning was frequent. Air con is expensive, takes some working out, tip here is longer periods of hire work out cheaper. The pool and area was always clean, superb veiws. It's a steep way up from town, but worth it, and near to the stop for the great and good value bus services. If you want posh, or organised holidays, this is the wrong place. But for a good value, great veiw place to rest your head from which to explore the island, it fits the bill.

These apartments have everything you need. They are cleaned regularly and fresh towels and bedding 3-4 times a week. The views are stunning and it is very conveniently placed for the centre of Pekos. Good supermarket nearby and all restaurants and beaches within walking distance. The only downside is the extremely steep drive leading up to the apartments but the view is worth it.

The place is awkward enough due to the climb. But having made the effort to climb up, there was no pay back. No sign of a fresh start for the new season. I presume dirt & facilities will continue to get worse as the season progresses. The blame for this must lie with the management / owners. As the few staff working here seem to be working very long hours and have too much to do. Maintenance is minimal! Cold showers every night after 7. Air con was a staggering 10 euro a night. Which compounds the low cost holiday into a high cost one. Safe 20 euro. Food was of poor quality and stopped serving at 5pm. Not ideal.

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, rooms a little dated but the atmosphere and quaintness was lovely, not good if you have difficulty walking, the hill would be too much, but apart from that it was superb, thanks to Ravvi for looking after us.

Stayed for 2 weeks in October, the Studio was the worst we have ever had in Greece. Badly in need of a refurb. We were on the top floor and the view was stunning, but that was the only plus. Would not recommend.

I've been visiting Greece and many of it's islands for 30 years and have experienced Basic Greek Accommodation before, but I have never seen anything as bad as this.The beds were basically two matresses thrown on a wooden platform, with pillows that were as flat as a tea towel. You had to climb in from the foot of the bed. The wardrobe was big enough for about 6 items. There was not one drawer in the place. If you wanted to stay long enough to unpack, there was nowhere to put your stuff. And the room was so small there was nowhere to put our suitcases without falling over them. The bathroom was awful. When you showered you soaked the rest of the room including the toilet. If it wasn't for the fact that we arrived at midnight we would've turned around and walked out there and then. We tried to get some sleep but was kept awake by a banging window. On investigation I discovered that it was held closed using a TEASPOON AND A BENT NAIL!When morning came we found that there was an army of ants marching across the bed. There were 2 wooden chairs and a small table inside. Outside there were dirty ripped canvas chairs to sit on. We got in touch with Jet2 and thankfully got us moved the next day. The only thing good about this place is the view. And they seem to think that's enough. Far from it. The Hotel we moved to was like coming forward 30 years in time. Do yourselves a favour, you would improve your holiday dramatically if you stayed ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!
