Hotel Villa Del Mar

Very enjoyable stay, Great location and food was excellent, Staff very helpful and well presented. The pool staff in particular cant do enough to help and assist you, They even sort out the sunbed for you at the pool.....However not the sort of hotel I would use with a family with kids

Stayed here a few times but feel it needs some improvements. The loungers on the roof terrace are very sad and tired and need replaced. There is a lack of comfortable seating or a real lounge area as when we were there it was cold at nights and sitting at the tables at the entrance was like being in a wind tunnel. The staff as always were excellent, very helpful and welcoming. Food was good with plenty of choice but some dishes could have been warmer. All in all a good hotel which with some attention could be even better.

lovely stay at this new hotel only downside restricted menu at evening meal being a table service only due to covid restrictions but will return in better times staff very helpfull and thoughtfull of diifucuclt times

Food and drinks were first class, hotel is in a very good situation just over the road to beach, rooms were quite big but wardrobe space was limited when four are in the room,put up bed was not very comfortable but apart from that everything was fine.

We have stayed 4 times at this hotel in total and every time we go it gets better if that's possible with the latest refurb friendliness,food,service and perfect location makes this hotel a MUST stay.

This is an excellent hotel but best not to book a promotional room or you are liable to get a first floor room to the back of the hotel on the same level as the children play area. Sea view rooms are excellent although all the balconies have been closed in as part of the room. The chill out area on the 9th floor is excellent for views and sunbathing. The food is excellent with something for everyone.

Fantastic hotel super friendly staff excellent food very clean in all areas with lots of really nice touches ie. Cava, chocs, cookies . The location excellent across the road onto the beach so easy to use the restaurant at lunchtime

We had a great time food was exceptional and the staff were a credit to the hotel perfectly positioned room was good but limited space to the room to sit on the. Rooftop bar. Drinking was pleasant as the alcohol was palatable and coffee was available at all times on arrival we were made to feel really welcome and the snack bar that was available had seen a better dayAll that being said I was being exceptionally picky I would go back again in a heartbeat

My wife and I have just returned from a 5 night stay at the hotel villa del mar to celebrate my 50th birthday, upon arrival we were greeted with cava and sangria and promptly checked in and shown to our room, the room we chose was fantastic and spotlessly clean with a sea view, jacuzzi, bath robes and slippers, a widescreen tv, fridge and tea and coffee making facilities, the food was excellent with a great choice at every sitting and the staff were great with nothing being to much trouble, they even presented me with a little cake with candles on the night of my birthday, the location of the hotel is ideal for visiting the old town and all the little tapas bars or a 20 minute walk to the main strip in Benidorm, also there is a bus stop right outside the hotel which takes you into town, we will definitely be staying at this hotel again next year or even later this year if everything goes to plan.

Had a wonderful stay at the Villa Del Mar. Definately return again. Great staff. Clean. Great location. Branded spirits. Great rooftop bar. Food varied and loads to pick from. Dining staff very efficient.

Overall disappointed with the hotel because not enough public space this was exacerbated by the cold weather outside which meant that the sitting area was further restricted (less than 20 seats) to inside The function room on the lower ground floor has no windows and is poorly furnished. The hotel was a bit remote for me but others may like this. Otherwise overall good
