Quinta Pedra dos Bicos

Lovely location but needs a good management overhaul and staff needed customer service training. Staff have a dismissive attitude towards to customers. Do not seem to have the ability to use a calendar or a spreadsheet. Booked three apartments, to be near one another, we requested cots and high chairs. Apartments were in different buildings and the cots and highchair weren't there on arrival. Had to wait for 2 hours for cots and highchairs arrived the next evening. Standard of apartments were inconsistent. Maintenance non existent - 2 dishwashers flooded 2 of the apartments, still waiting for maintenance people to come and fix. Floor tiles were missing in foyer area in one of the apartment building which was dangerous especially for young children or vulnerable adults. Had to prompt at 9am to pool area to get a sunbed.

A nice clean massive apartment with washing machine central for all amenities loved it 2mins beach 2minutes centre staff very helpful Would go back hotel facilities if reguired This could sleep a big family as two sofa beds plus a bedroom 3pools great for couples and families

A very well situated apartment complex.Staff will try to accommodate you requirements if possible.The complex is a large,sprawling village type layout,mainly on one level with lifts in each block to the higher floors.

Spacious apartment but a little tired. Lots of cracked tiles and kitchen equipment needs replacing. Flat screen tv good but tuned British programmes generally unwatchable due to poor signal. Stayed for 4 weeks, it was ok but would look for something better next time.

We stayed at the self catering accommodation, block 9, on the third floor it was brilliant a really good apartment with all the comforts of your own home. Three balconies all with good views. The location was very good close to all shops and night life. Very clean and tidy grounds swimming pool not massive but did the job, over all very good..

Apartment was better than thought and even a good pool. The beach is walking distance too with a lot to do in the sea. For the kids a lot to do as well. The app was clean and good service , clean and neat every day.

We were a party of 6 ladies. The apartments are set in an excellent location - near enough to the main strip but still set back enough to be quiet. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which was spacious and clean. The pool areas was lovely and clean and it was only a short walk to a gorgeous little beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are looking to go back again next year 😀

Lovely apartment in a nice quiet part of the resort. Staff at breakfast so lovely in the apartment pool bar. All were nice but one lady was a delight on a morning so cheerful. Staff in reception were not always helpful except for Andre who was new and lovely.

Large apartment in a great loacation. Cleaners in every day tow Large apartment in a great location. Loved the kitchen that included dishwasher and washing machine, full cooker with hob plus usual microwave kettle and toaster. Staff friendly and cleaners in everyday. Would recommend to anybody.

The apartments at Quinta Pedra Dos Bicos are modern, spacious and well-equipped. There are 19 blocks around a central pool & garden area. There is ample parking outside each block. If your package includes meals these are taken in the dining room of the hotel building. The dining room looks out on the separate hotel pool & gardens and is bright and sunny. The staff are friendly and attentive. My 2 bedroom apartment was bright & airy. A fully equipped kitchen inc full cooker & hob, washing machine and dishwasher in addition to the usual small appliances - kettle, toaster, microwave etc. Large double wardrobe with full-length mirrored doors adds to the spacious feel. My first floor corner bedroom had 2 small balconies. Aircon and free wi-fi. A short walk to the beach, but involving boardwalks and many steps, so not suitable for the unfit, or wheelchairs/buggies. Close to many local shops, bars & restaurants. Intermarche supermarket only a couple of mins walk.

Fabulous apartments very clean and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend and return. Great place to eat out and cheap food in intermarche if you want to eat in. Good amount of bars and all qithin walking distance

Complex is centrally located. We had booked a 2 bedroom apt for our 1st wedding anniversary. Apt was ok needed a bit of updating. No terrace off living room to sit and have breakfast. small balcony off both bedrooms but couldnt sit 4 people and one didnt get the sun. Wires hanging in bathroom to broken light and shower screens were secured wrong end round. Open end was right next to toilet cistern & pan so had not much room to enter shower and exit you had to watch. Very quiet and pool area was clean. Food at pool bar was alright too. staff friendly enough. Had booked a year in advance and had asked for a pool view but this was not the case and when husband went in the may before we went as a family in september he asked at reception for a pool view for our booking and was told couldnt accommodate us too. However I wouldnt be back to this complex
