Riviera Beach Hotel

I spent a week at Riviera towards the end of November, and found it to be very good. My room on the second floor was a decent size (twin for sole use), clean and well equiped, with a good bathroom. Complimentary tea and coffee was provided with a kettle, but not replenished unless you paid an additonal fee. The heating / ac system controls were easy to understand and adjust. I stayed half board. There was an excellent choice at breakfast, but evening meals were not great, the vegetables being particularly disappointing, soggy and overcooked. Service in the restaurant was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Wine and beer was very reasonably priced in the restaurant. There is a small terrace beside the small outdoor swimming pool, positioned to make the most of the low autumn sunshine.

Hotel and Jet 2 service excellent Jet2 insurance agent Rock insurance disgusting been waiting 6 weeks for a refund as I cancelled my policy within 48 hours and I think Jet2 who I have used may times should look for another agent instead of Rock as Jet2 have very good customer service

Fantastic hotel spotlessly clean food awesome all British breakfast rooms nice and cosy just of the strip great location beach fantastic pool and sunbathing area a bit small but no sun until 2pm we went on beach for4 hours came back and had our lunch and then went by side of pool always sun beds available we was going to stop half board but it was only £14 extra for full board glad we did food superb some great shows on at night downstairs

The Riviera hotel is a must go to for all adults. Beautiful rooms, delicious food & all staff are just lovely from checking in to checking out. Such a relaxing area at front of hotel & with it being adult only it’s just so peaceful

Stayed once again for a week in December, Hotel is still great clean rooms lovely walk in shower as requested. Food good plenty of choice will only stay in this Hotel when in Benidorm. Restaurant staff are very quick at clearing tables and the manager is very efficient

Like lots of people, I look at Trip Advisor reviews. They can be very subjective, in the fact that if someone has one bad/poor experience, they score the whole trip down. So here goes...I have been to most hotels over the years in Benidorm, and I have to say this hotel is the best, though the Presidente comes a close second. The hotel is one of the smaller hotels in Benidorm which gives it a friendlier appeal. I will some up the key points : The food is great and cant fault, the drink was cheap, and your room card acts as a discount card in other locations, i.e., I was getting a Vodka and Coke for 4 Euros instead of 6, what a bargain. The room had the best air con, and the coldest fridge, I have ever had in Benidorm, there were plenty of toiletries renewed every day. You will always get a sunbed in this hotel there is no need to reserve, though there are high buildings and the pool does not get the sun all day, but if you are prepared to shift you can get the sun from 08.30 till 19.30, also you don't need to reserve a sun bed in the morning ( yes this was mid August!!) There is not much more I would add, I would highly recommend this hotel, and I would certainly go back. Well done to the Rivera, please keep up the standard, and you will not go wrong.

We stayed for I week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay, I couldn't fault any part of the hotel I would definitely stay there again. The food was first class and the Riviera Music lounge was an ideal place to relax after a sumptuous meal.

Was allocated Riviera by jet2 at short notice as hotel we booked was late opening We were a bit dubious but could not have been more pleasantly supprised Location cleanliness food and staff all perfect Well done jet2 could not recommend Riviera enough.

Lovely hotel. Maid service Brill, they are so friendly. Food excellent. Sun terrace at the front is a bright sun trap. Would definitely stay again. Downside was very small quiet sunbathing area sun didn't end up there till dinner time.

This was our second visit to the hotel and it was just as good as the first time. Everywhere is spotless the food is varied and very tasty always something to eat. Entertainment was great too staff are friendly and helpful . Great place to stay and will definitely be coming back. Only thing to improve this hotel would be for the pool to be heated as it’s in the shade and cold.

Been to this hotel twice now each time excellent.Beautiful clean and modern rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful.Food excellent.Only thing that stops me rating it a `5` is that tea and coffee making facilities (kettle tea bags milk etc) are provided on arrival but when the coffee tea runs out you have to pay for more to be sent to your room.All other 4 star hotels I have stayed at replace tea and coffee /milk etc for the duration of your stay.

My husband and I recently stayed at Riviera Beach to celebrate our 52nd wedding Anniversary. Everything was spotlessly clean, food excellent and Staff friendly and efficient. The room was very clean and extremely well equipped. Lovely hotel and hope to return ver soon.
