Sun Beach Apartments

Always a pleasure to stay at Sun Beach - the staff are wonderful, location central, close to bars, restaurants and the beach. We love visiting Santa Ponsa and Sun Beach apartments - 10 out if 10 every time

first two nights no sleep, new room had black mould in living room and bathroom, ceiling falling down in bedroom, blood in the bed. 3rd room move 3 random people had activated key cards and let themselves in. Jet2 are the worst company i have ever dealt with. Beth Carr hasn't even actually read the complaint and sent a snotty reply quoting stuff i hadn't even said! disgusting! save your money and go somewhere else

1 min walk to beach, high street and all the restaurant. if you want relaxing holiday. everything was there for self-catering holiday. very central location for traveling to other parts of Santa ponsa too.

Overall hotel was good, nice apartment, well presented, beds very comfy, all essential kitchen items provided, but ate out. Staff pleasant and polite, cleaning to high standard done every other day, grounds and surroundings well kept, pool bar open all day until 17:00 (perhaps because it was early season) for snacks and drinks Not much open in resort when we arrived, (Sunday) but later in the week it was starting to waken up.

This is our second time at Sun Beach this year. The apartments are spotless. Staff are amazing. So friendly and helpful. The Sun Beach is ideally situated near restaurants, Shops and great beach. Will definitely return.

Had a great time felt very relaxed the apartments are like a mini flat just a few lifts to our room but i can live with that towels changed every other and bedding once a week great place and lovely views

just back after 11 nights at sun beach . paid for sea view & it was so worth it..all staff very helpful & friendly.apartment was clean with all you need for self catering . very spacious.we were in room 601 fabulous views . could be a bit load at night but never botherd us.all in all had a brittiant time & would definitely stay at sun beach again

Apartment complex had too many parties of young people who are noisy and want to party all night staying there (even though the hotel states no hen or stag parties or groups). We had to move apartment after 3 nights because of the next door noise by a gang of Irish girls and there is lots of noise through the night from people returning to the apartments. Loved the apartments themselves and the staff are lovely but would not revisit because of this. The pool area is lovely and we got beds when we needed them but people were reserving beds with towels earlt on a morning and then leaving them unattended for hours on end, which is frustrating. From start to finish our holiday was just great. Easy, pleasant check-in, room lovely and very clean. All staff very pleasant. Excellent position in centre. Lovely views from balcony. Plenty of English tv channels. Will definitely go back. Everyone we met was friendly .

Very Relaxing holiday lovely apartment friendly staff and service Great location plenty of good places to eat and good entertainment 5 min from a lovely Beach and some lovely walks will Definitely be Returning to sun Beach and Santa Ponca

Reception and cleaning staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms very modern and spotless and fairly well equipped. Beds in living room a bit hard, had to request extra blankets .Regular towel changes which we hadn't expected as we took our own. Only downside was groups of drunken fella's and hen do's in the bars opposite the apartments -it got quite noisy at night so request an apartment further back from the road. Taxi rank outside apartments very handy as buses an absolute nightmare in terms of pushing and shoving to board.
