Stayed here with my son and as soon as we walked through the entrance we were in awe. The room is spacious, the entertainment decent and the food average for two fussy so and so’s. Had a lovey time and will be trying to come back next year

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff are excellent, very helpful and friendly. We were all inclusive and have to say that the choice of food and quality was extremely good. The rooms are a decent size and lovely and clean, with housekeeping ever day. The only down side is that the walls are very thin and you can hear everything your neighbor is saying. trying to get a sun bed by the pool is near impossible unless you are up at the crack of dawn, needless to say we didn't bother and just went to the beach every day - having said that it would not put us off returning. Overall a really decent hotel.

great 4 star hotel in Santa Ponsa. the all inclusive option worked really well with a good selection every meal , always with several freshly cooked choces . the bars were also very well run. if there was a down side it was at the pool bar where at certain times of the day queues developed , usually late afternoon.

Hotel was amazing. David checked us in and was very helpful and friendly. The food was fabulous from breakfast through to dinner and would say there was something for everyone's taste. We used the snack bar and that was amazing too. Bedroom was very spacious and clean. All the communal areas were very clean too. The only downfall which slightly left feeling slightly disappointed with the hotel was the reception staff on check out they were solemn. We had a slight problem our bill which they resolved but not in a friendly manor. They also spoke in Spanish between themselves which I found rude. Apart from they the hotel and staff was amazing and we are thinking about returning next year.

Great hotel been 5 times now great service good quality food and drinks the entertainment was really good this year staff were friendly and helpful really comfortable beds rooms nice love the rooftop pool.

had a fantastic seven nights with all the family , been to this hotel before and as always everything was just great , food , the rooms and the bar service , we were a bit early in the season for everything to be open which was dissapointing

needs to be adults only.food selection was brilliant especialy with half board plus. music too loud for water aroebics. staff very helpful and polite.not much for children to do at night.would come back if adults only

Firstly the staff were so welcoming and a locked luggage room was available while waiting for our room.the outside bar is fantastic and a sun trap which was great.our room was spotless with a sea view.the beautiful beach was at the end of the street . The staff are without doubt the best staff we have ever met the daytime activities are brilliant and I am happy to say tha children are not the main priority very few children there .The surroundings are lovely with plenty to do lots of shops and a vibrant night life in the town

Everything perfect. Staff. Food. Excellent.Cant wait to go back next year.. location was great. The view from roof terrace was breathtaking. Staff friendly and helpful. Woould definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel in prime position . Cannot fault this hotel. The food is hot and an excellent variety only a 3 minute walk to the beach and shop. You can catch the bus to Palma for just a few euros it only takes 20mins
