Jupiter Algarve Hotel

Hotel was in the perfect position for beach, buses, restaurants, shops. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was great with something for everyone. Our room was exceptionally clean. ‘Thank You’ to Cristina on reception who helped to make our 50th wedding anniversary memorable.

The hotel is basically very good and the staff are excellent and friendly. From this aspect the hotel deserves 4*. However the pool is a bit small, was too warm and just is not as good as the larger pools now found at many purpose built holiday hotels. This is offset to some extent by the excellent beach and sea swimming nearby.Hotel location is excellent for beach, restaurants, shops etc.The food was good (especially breakfast) but other meals lacked variety. The quality is good but the menu could do with some revision by a good UK bistro chef.Rooms good and well cleaned, good air con. Our room did not have a balcony which was a major drawback as we had virtually nowhere to dry swimming / scuba gear. If you want a balcony make sure you book a room with one.We would stay at this hotel again if price was right for balcony room, but we would only book B & BThere is presently (October 2018) a building site next to the hotel but we never noticed the noise or anything from the site to be a problem.

Staff were very helpful at all times,rooms were cleaned and towels changed everyday.We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis and the choice was outstanding everyday.The only thing I would suggest is a little more lively entertainment in the evening.

Staff very helpful. Breakfast and snacks brilliant, nobody could complain that there was little choice . Very relaxing hotel all the staff from reception to cleaners will help. I will definitely stop there again.

Lovely hotel , excellent service , good location , breakfast was great , such variety of foods catered for all needs , buffet style . liked the pool good size for swimming and the water was warm , always plenty of sunbeds

Been coming to praia da rocha since 1992 with family but stayed in a few hotels around the area. My daughter said its about time we had a bit of luxury so we booked hotel jupiter stayed here before few yrs ago. Me and my wife stayed bed and breakfast and I vant fault a single thing they have everything you can think of in the way of breakkie. As for location it's right on the beach front with amazing views would definitely return

This was one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The position of it and the cleanliness was suberb. We could see the sea from our room which was lovely in a morning. In the evening it was a short walk to the many restaurants.

Everything about this hotel is really good except surprisingly enough the food is appalling lack of choice poorly named can't make out what the dishes are slow to replace empty food trays dining room staff need an attitude make over.All the other staff were great.
