Allocated Seating Explained

At Jet2holidays there's no scramble to get a seat when you board. All of our customers are allocated a seat before they check in. We also offer the option to choose where you and your party would like to sit for a small charge, including the option for super-comfy extra legroom. REMEMBER: You cannot choose seats after you have checked-in

How to Choose Your Seats

  • When booking your flight or managing an existing booking, you will see a seat map like the one below. The first member of the party who can select seats will be highlighted in blue
  • This person can then click the available seat they would like for their outbound journey which will be highlighted in orange when selected
  • All other members of the party can then repeat this process. Once all customers have chosen their outbound seats, you will automatically be invited to choose your inbound seats
  • What if I am travelling with an infant?
    If your booking includes an infant, the seat map will display infant-friendly seating using a baby icon. If you pre-book your seats the infant carer must select an infant-friendly seat. All parties travelling with an infant can only check in at the airport so that we can ensure that all infants are seated in the correct seats.
  • Seats are colour-coded to show extra legroom, standard, reserved, infant-friendly and areas reserved for wheelchairs. A key to the seats and their pricing can be found under the customer names
