Extremely helpful and friendly staff nothing much trouble. food great exallant choice Location if great five minute to beach and nightlife 10 minute walk to mundomar and benidorm palace if you are up for it . Can't wait to go back I stayed here for 11 night's and my stay was great thankyou hotel rialto😊

These are ok for a couple of nights but I was there for 2 weeks. My room was above the kitchens so could smell food all the time.and I paid £1200 for half board the jet 2 rep tried to get me another room but it would have cost more money.i think I had paid enough.

I found that this hotel was handy without being too handy.Big enough but not too big.The staff were very friendly and pleasant.The food was adequate and palatable.I didn't use the pool or bars so I can't give an opinion on thise.

We loved everything about this hotel. The staff were all wonderful and very friendly - nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The restaurant food was well cooked, plentiful and tasty. I am a fussy eater and I found something I loved at every meal. I would highly recommend this hotel. We will certainly return this summer.

Second time at this hotel,great friendly,smiley staff,good choice of food something for everyone.Entertainment a bit hit and miss.Maid service daily ,everywhere spotlessly clean Really good location 3mins to beach,10 mins to cabaret bars and 30 mins walk to old town.

This was our 5th visit to the Rialto and yet again it was fantastic. I emailed before we arrived to ask for a 7th floor room with a pool view and this was exactly what we got. The staff are all very welcoming even down to the cleaners. The manager was always around making sure everything was ok. The 2 bar man workedvreally hard some days doing a 14hr shift. The hotel is very clean, rooms cleaned everyday and clean towels if you want them, beds changed once a week. Food is very good, even for a fussy eater. The pool is always clean, plenty of sunbeds even late on in the day.Overall another great time.

Fantastic week at the Rialto, rooms spacious and clean, service from all members of staff was fantastic, great selection of food and a big shout out to Barbara and Celia in the restaurant for looking after my daughters dietary requirements. Location was great for shopping, great fun pubs just to the left of the hotel

Had a great week here. Staff were very friendly. Hotel is only 5 mins from beach, although there were also a lot of beds by the pool, it was our preference to go to beach. There is a bit of a hill, but not a problem, we were up and down a few times a day. Food was okay, there was always something to eat (this was my worry, cos am such a fussy eater). The choice of cooked or vegetarian, always plenty there as when a tray was empty, they refilled it straight away. There is a chef there as well who will cook fried eggs/omelettes for breakfast and steaks and chicken at dinner time. The room itself was an adequate size for the 2 of us, although the balcony was quite small. The bathroom is big enough, it has a bath, with an ordinary shower over it and a shower curtain. It was a bit tricky getting in and out without water going everywhere! There was also a hairdryer in the bathroom. No tea making facilities, we took our own kettle and bought coffee. There is a small fridge, where we kept milk. Cleaners were in every day. Aircon/safe and Wi-fi are free. Instructions on how to use safe are in the room. You just needed to type your name and room number to get access to the Wi-fi. There are also blackout curtains, to keep the room dark at night. There’s 2 lifts available. Access to the pool is through the door in the bar area, you need your room keycard to get through the door to the pool. Pool area is closed till 9am. There are notices that say if you put towels down and leave the pool area, if you are not back in 15 mins your towels will be removed.

Good budget hotel, clean and cheerful no problems with sun beds and evening entertainment okay. Restaurant can get busy and evening meal selection is average. No good if you have a mobility problem as the hotel is up a fairly steep hill plus if you hire a mobility scooter the hotel will not allow you to bring it into the grounds or charge the battery
