Paraiso 10 Apartments

Fabulous apartment great location and also very clean. Would definitely return. Emailed in advance to request sunny balcony which we got and also the apt complex acknowledged email and replied back. Very helpful staff

Clean and spacious, good size balcony and close enough to entertainment and beach but far enough away to be quiet at night , local market next door on Wednesday and Sunday selling leather items and local trinkets cheaply

Small but clean apartment, Pool is fantastic, even the shallow end is deep! Location is good, but Muggers alley is to the left, could see people hiding in bushes on a couple of occasions. 5-10 Minute walk to the main strip. Nice bar, friendly staff, Good food, Would stay here again!

Having stayed at Paraiso Ten Apartments on many occasions over the years we find the overall rating to be Very Good! The staff are friendly, efficient, courteous and respectful. The cleanliness of the apartments and communal areas is first rate. Location, too, is first rate being just a 10 minute stroll from the beach, bars and nightlife whilst retaining a individual privacy.

We had a pleasant stay at the apartments. We would go again as a couple, but not with younger children as a long way from the beach. Very clean and well kept. Costs of certain extras were a little extravagant. The corridors were very windy and made an eerie noise at night. The cocckerels across the road a little annoying in the morning

Expected a change of bedding and towels more than they did pluss you after pay for sunbeds wfi air con .when we checked in got the keys for the room the toilet seat was broken we could of easy been charged for it so who ever checks them off isn't doing there job right or the cleaner isn't?

Property is in a quiet spot, property is really well run. Didn't read the small print & had to pay a £100 returnable deposit against the room condition on exit. Very roomy 1 bedoom apartment. Balcony was very generously sized. Ideal for couples on a budget. Cafe in complex was 1st class, hot food menu 9 till 5. All in all, very good sleep quality, no issues with noisy guests. Property is on a dead end so very little traffic.

Excellent apartments with large balcony. The apartment is ideally placed as it is only a 10 minute walk from the centre of the new town and beach.The staff were all friendly and if you bought a drink in the bar you got a code for half an hours wi-fi.

Fantastic apartments in a great location with a lovely pool area the only thing was my bathroom ceiling was mouldy. I would recommend these apartments and i would definetly go back. The kids loved it aswell.

We booked Paraisa 10 as a group of 32 women of varying ages (25 - 65) for a hen party. I had read mixed reviews and had some reservations about the apartments. I must say that all my worries were quelled immediately as the staff were so helpful on our arrival and the rooms were clean and spacious with large balconies. The food was good and the bar staff were friendly and helpful. All in all a great break at a great price :)

Not for families had to go up and down steps with buggy didn't like the idea of having to share the pools with the hotel next door vistamar,on arrival reception ask for 200 euros 50 euros per person and that was including 2 children unbelievable, had to pay for air on which was rubbish and had to pay for wifi when only 1 person at a time could use it.have been to Benidorm 6 times and these apartments were the worst seen the place being cleaned once the whole time we were there in 10 nights changed our towels once and had to buy our own toilet rolls

Ten day holiday self catering, accommodation is clean and tidy but slightly dated. Plenty of lifts the 27 floors with no queues for them. Staff were friendly. The only down side was the 5 euros a day for use of the air con.
