Vistamar Apartments

The rooms were okay but we will never be back because not on your web site nor the apartment web site was it mentioned about the hidden charges and also having to clean the room before we left was a joke we go on holiday to relax and enjoy not to be doing housework while we are there

If you like to be close to the action, but far enough away you can't hear the noise then this hotel is perfect!. A 20 minute walk to the beach and a 15 minute walk to the strip, it's ideal. We had a beautiful corner room on the 15th floor....but had to argue to get it. When we arrived at 1.00 pm we were told our room wasn't ready and check in wasn't until 5.00 pm!!!! We had been up since 4.30 am that morning and all we wanted was to get in our room, unpack and go to the beach. When we stated we weren't aware of the check in time the lady was rude, abrupt and argumentative with us until we insisted on another room other than the one that was allocated to us. She reluctantly gave us it in the end but her customer service was shocking. However, the hotel room was amazing and clean, as was the rest of the hotel, and the pool was lovely too. The only other complaint is that there are no umbrellas around the pool so you have to sit in the sun or squeeze under a palm tree. Would stay here again but make sure my flights are later to fit in with check in time

have stayed there for the past 4 years and found it to be pleasent staff helpful and cost effective hotel any questions or queries were always answered and dealt with we have emailed the hotel each year and always asked for a low floor and for 3 years they have given us the same room which is ideal for my wife

vistamar apartments are not bad ,but a bit out the way of eveything .Staff are really friendly and help in anyway they can .Overall not bad but would not stay there again as would want to be more cental to eveything .

On arriving at Vistamar the receptionist was very welcoming. The room was very clean 😁 . The maid came every couple of days to leave fresh towels she was very pleasant 😁 . We were very pleased with our stay after reading some reviews so don’t believe everything you read ! Close to beach and night life would highly recommend 😃

Had a fabulous week in the Vistomar Apartments in January 2018, the rooms were excellent, the balcony is very big, as i was on the 17th floor, the view and sea view was spectacular, very close to all the Amenities that Benidorm can throw at you.

We stayed from Monday to Friday in the 4 nights we never had room cleaned beds made or changed no clean towels and no bins emptied I find this very unsuitable the hotel also never did any food and the pool was a bit far away from hotel and not very big also the sun is always behind the hotels as they are very close together so we went to the beach for 2 days it was lovley the beds were like kids beds very small x

Great location, not bad pool but far to many groups. Great for young ones who like a central place in Benidorm. Bars just down the road , Titanic next door dies good food and reasonable prices for drinks .

We went on holiday in September for a week to have fun. The hotel is very basic really could do with updating. It did not bother me and my boyfriend as I had read previous reviews so I wasn't expecting the Waldorf. The staff where very friendly and helpful & the bar area was clean and also cheep beer which is always a bonus. The pool is quite small & is shared with the hotel nxt door this didn't matter as it wasn't very busy so there was enough sunbeds I wouldn't like to see it in high season tho. Overall it was an ok hotel & couldn't stop for more than 7 days there.
