Club Turquoise

Hotel rooms are dated but very large and clean. The staff at this hotel were excellent. I've never laughed so much on holiday the staff bend over backwards to make you happy and give you a fantastic holiday. Loved this hotel so much that we have booked up as soon as we returned for next year with the whole family, 10 of us going next year.

We Had stayed at this complex last year and it was very nice, so booked again for this year. It bore no resemblance to place from last year. The service was awful, half board option tickets meal tickets ,pushing you to buy we did not so you were the last to be served at the pool bar.The racket from the entertainment until midnight (and beyond) on several nights was terrible . The bar serves until after 1 am very night and leaves the late drinkers with tables full of drinks which they party with until around 4am/ They then sleep on the sunloungers until morning on their towels.The 24 hour management don not police this at all.Late arriving guests are not requested to keep the noise down either as people try to catch a few winks of sleep.The previous week a member of staff had punched a female guest in the face on the pool night and there was nearly a riot.If you want large gangs of families bombing the pool taking over the sides of the pool and just being loud and obnoxious you will love it.The cleaners are excellent and that is the only good thing I could say.If you want a nice family holiday don't come here. Wont be back.

Second time we have visited great well ran business feel more like family than customers entertainment team don don Bruno and Moses much better than last year included everyone in fun and games and made you feel comfortable catering team lead by Rodi fantastic and good really good and flexible catering deal value for money and cleanliness superb room cleaned every day whole resort and staff could not be any more helpful

We go every year Amazing hotel n staff. Hotel is always clean, the food is excellent. The entertainment time are friendly. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Location wise is good a short walk to the beach and bars.

Very basic but clean accommodation, beds and towels changed every second day. Nice big pool very clean and well looked after. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Only five to ten minutes from lots of restaurants and shops etc.

Fantastic hotel. friendly staff. great manager.brilliantly funny entertainment. Very clean. Good food.apartments brilliant.....we had a great time this is our 3rd time and definitely will not be our last can't wait to go back .
