Great hotel, slightly farther away from the busy part and did find the taxi fares more expensive this year - but didn’t spoil the holiday - staff very helpful, rooms were perfect great view of the pool from my balcony, cleaners in every day and extra water when we asked for the mini fridge, plenty to choose from at the buffet can get repetitive but that’s the same with every all inclusive I’ve visited - would go back, but feel marmaris itself has changed and found it not as friendly as it used to be

Lovely and welcoming hotel and staff especially waiters very friendly plenty of room around pool area, we booked some trips when guy came around pool good value for money. Food was good plenty to choose from. Rooms a little compact in main hotel with 3 adults not much storage space, but other than that everything in room and was tidied daily with refreshments topped up

Nice hotel, great variety of food and drink. Awful WIFI connection throughout the hotel. Quite annoying to have to go up to the lobby to get the inclusive ice cream in the day - assuming that's so not many people go to get one.

When arriving at hotel friends and helpfully staff Amazing pools 6 pools 4 slides open snack bar. Children play area . Drinks all day long Great entertainment for the family in the evenings Abit of a distance from the main street shops about 15min walk which does not seem much but at 44 degrees heat will feel it . The taxi fair was fixed by the hotel.which is a bonus as they taxis on the main high street tend to be priced higher then usual. For a family resort away from the noise of partying clubbers a great choice the children will love the pool and entertainment area the rabbits wondering around and the endless drinks and ice cream For the adults RECOMMEND 100% THE SPA and the Turkish baths. Very friendly staff at the spa and the medical massage amazing. Not bad on the price. Very clean feels staff always helpfull. Would recommend to anyone this hotel and spa

Positives (very few) include the Entertainment Team and a selection of the bar staff that couldn't do enough to make you feel welcome. Dom-Dom (Entertainment Team) was brilliant and always came to say hello when he spotted us. Steven (helps you to book trips etc) was also great. He was friendly and always said hello. Housekeeping - our rooms were cleaned, and bedding changed every day. The lady that cleaned our rooms even came to give us a hug and say goodbye on our last day. Didn’t catch her name but she cleans on the second floor and is a credit to the hotel. Location is not bad - 10-min walk to the beach and easy to catch a taxi. Those are really the only positives! Negatives – 2 out of 3 of our rooms were not fit for purpose. They overlooked the ‘Terrace Bar’. A 24-hour bar that serves alcohol and shisha. The balcony is connected to the bar meaning you have zero privacy and could not sit on the balcony or have your curtains open. We had 2 of our 3 rooms located here and asked multiple times to move, it took 2 days to move 1 of our rooms and couldn’t move the other. Jet2 reps were not interested and didn’t offer much support in trying to resolve the issues. The Guest Relations Manager was equally as unhelpful. Majority of the hotel staff were rude and ignorant. In the restaurant, the tables were not cleaned in between sittings and when we asked for them to be cleaned, they would huff and puff like you hadn’t asked them to do their job! The lifts were awful and broke approx. 5 times during our stay. Some days you could wait up to 5 minutes, for the size of the hotel, they should have more reliable, working lifts. Out of the 3 rooms, 2 fridges did not work, 2 air conditioning units did not work which resulted in uncomfortable sleeping conditions, 2 balcony doors did not lock (one accessible from the Terrace Bar) and we had to ask multiple times throughout our stay for them to be fixed. During the 14 day stay, there was over 10 power cuts. The Wi-Fi was awful and switched off at 11:30pm. The food was repetitive and inedible due to the number of flies. There was no air conditioning in the restaurant meaning the doors were wide open and the trays of lukewarm food were left open on display. I could go on! We spent almost £10,000 for a family of 8 and can honestly say, you couldn’t pay me £10,000 to return. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you are looking for an enjoyable family holiday. Do not waste your hard-earned money visiting this hotel!

I had 10 days holiday which I wish I booked the sister hotel what a rubbish holiday , first of all signs saying no towels out before 6 am but at 5.30 the pool guy taking money and laying towels so noone ever had a chance to sit around the pool and the restaurant well same food which got boring and rude staff especially kadir out the whole holiday only people that was good was guy on skates and ozzy from the spa . Would never recommend this holiday to anyone , I'm turkish and I got treat like dirty because I ain't from Turkey , very very rude

I recently booked a holiday through Jet2 and flew out on the 23rd June. When i arrived at the hotel and was taken to the room, I noticed the door fob was broken and the front door would not lock. My partner and I questioned this to the gentleman but didn’t speak English. We also noticed live plug sockets were hanging of the wall, we immediately went to reception where we were told come back tomorrow as the hotel was to busy. The following morning my partner was out on the balcony and when he shut the balcony door the bathroom ceiling fell down whilst I was in the shower, leaving electrical wires hanging down over the shower. This is extremely dangerous. We immediately went down to reception and complained to the front desk, this is where we were told if it’s fixable it’s liveable and room changes were not possible. The maintenance fixed the ceiling problem and the plug sockets were strewed back to the wall. We thought this was the end of the problem, however this was not the case. The ceiling in the bathroom continued to fall down on 3 more occasions. When maintenance came to repair the ceiling some parts were not repairable and were left missing or broken, hanging down over the shower head. The following day the balcony door latch snapped and we were unable to lock our balcony door. We rang reception and complained. The maintenance came up and attempted to fix the door but we were told “use extreme force to lock” to which when he demonstrated the ceiling fell down in the bathroom because of the force. By this point we were really disappointed in the safety standards of the room. We had spoken to the complaints manager in the hotel where we were told it had been noted down but no other outcome. As you can imagine it’s extremely disappointing, we’ve paid a lot of money and we can’t even shower without the fear of the ceiling falling down or able to lock our balcony door when we left the hotel for the day. After this problem we were due to leave the hotel on the 30th June, for our original flight of 21:20 but it had been delayed until 22:10. Jet2 did not inform me of this, luckily relatives were tracking the flight. Once we got the the airport and sat waiting 50 minutes due to the delay we were further delayed until 22:25, again jet2 did not inform us of this delay. We only stated to line up for boarding at 22:20, 5 minuets before we were supposed to take off. Half way through boarding the plane we were informed the gate may change and boarding was paused. Eventually once boarded on the plane we were informed by the captain, our flight was delayed by another 2 hours. We sat on the plane for an hour with no offer of a drink until someone asked if water was possible. The water service was limited due to a shortage of supplies such as cups available on the aircraft so some passengers had to share. Me and my partner were unable to sit next to eachother on the plane, so being delayed this long was distressing , especially when we hadn't eaten or drank since 16:00 when we were picked up from our hotel. After the 2 hours of delays we were informed we would be delayed for another hour and a half. Or the other option was our flight will be cancelled until 3am the next morning. So after all these delays, we have sat on the plane separately for 3 and a half hours and all we were offered was one cup of water. Extremely disappointing. Eventually when we took off and the flight service began there was limited stock due to delivery issues, this meant hardly any of the menu was available to purchase, the flight ran out of toasties,Pasta, cups, Pepsi, crisps, Twix, 7-up and all coffee sachets to name a few. We eventually landed in stansted airport at 3:13 English time(5:15 Turkish time) As I’m sure you will understand after the poor hotel standards we were extremely disappointed by the lack of customer service from the hotel. To then experience hours of delays without being informed by jet 2 at all was extremely poor. Some form of communication via email or message should have been sent by jet2 to inform passengers of the delays as live flight times were not available on mobile devices due to wifi crashing in the airport. I hope some form of compensation can be agreed given the circumstances, as this was the first time I have booked through Jet2 and I can say this will be my last.

Green nature resort Our overall opinion of the Green nature resort is a good hotel that we wouldn’t mind coming back to, just a few things that let it down from being a 4star! Check in: No welcome drink, sounds silly but when you’ve been travelling a cold drink while waiting in the queue is a blessing. Took a while, no information about where anything is or times for restaurants, entertainment. Not even towel cards just given a key. Rooms clean: spacious and good view on the balcony. Although we had already requested a cot through jet2 there wasn’t one. So requested for one. Got back from dinner and still no cot so had to request again. Again not a big issue just annoying. Maid came daily and had a quick tidy. Twice she only put three towels in our room. Lift next to our room only worked when it wanted to which was a pain as we had a pushchair. Food: nice and tasty but not a massive variety. My kids aren’t usually picky but they struggled. Although they loved the snack bar! Not enough fruit at each meal only oranges or bruised apples each day. My kids love watermelon, bananas, pineapple ect. Fruit that is usually available at 4 star hotel. Kids food area wasn’t open while we were there. Drinks: fine standard all inclusive. Our eldest is 7 and loves a kids cocktail, she likes to order her own at the bar. This was fine all week but one evening she asked for the fairytale and the bartender put Malibu in it! So keep an eye Spa: Me and my husband both had treatments, this was sold to us as a family experience the children could have a Turkish bath and a chocolate massage which we’ve done abroad in the past and it’s always been enjoyed. However it wasn’t suitable for children at all they wanted us to take our toddler in the sauna! So I had to rearrange mine so we could do them separately, our oldest was very disappointed. Saying that, both of us adults had brilliant massages and my facial was amazing! 100 percent recommend the facial. Booked a trip via hotel, the jeep safari. Trip its self was so much fun really enjoyed it, my only issue is the guy that sold it to us told us £50 which we were fine with, but a lady we were talking to around the pool had brought it the day before for £30 as children were free. When I mentioned this to the man he went oh no I told you £40 as its £5 insurance each child. He hasn’t as we had a written receipt, we payed the £40 in the end, you couldn’t get a day out for that in the uk! It’s just the point that he was clearly trying to just get a few quid extra from people which put us off booking with him again. The slides are great fun for kids and adults, and the entertainment around the pool always seemed like good fun. We didn’t get too involved to be honest but I don’t recall being asked to join in! The entertainment team were lively and seemed friendly, they clearly work very hard. Again though we were not approached all week which is unusual. The kids club lady was lovely, our eldest went and enjoyed it. The one night they put on a show where the kids performed dances they had learnt that day, it was fab! I didn’t catch her name, but she clearly worked very hard and our daughter loved her. The shoes we saw were all external but all good fun and enjoyed by all. Like I say just little things but overall we had a lovely holiday

Can't fault the hotel. Place was clean, staff was excellent from Jayne at reception,cleaners,waitress staff to the chefs. Pool area plenty sun beds very clean. Had lovely relaxing week away. Our room was on ground floor with pool view very spacious cleaned every day. The entertainment was mostly geared for itailains but that didn't spoil our trip. would definitely would go back. Highly recommend

Last minute deal on jet 2 hols great price and hotel was eeven better than the pictures .food was excellent room was lovely had pool view kids loved it would definitely recommend and will be returning
