Montebello Resort

Our second visit to this hotel and it didn’t disappoint. Rooms were spotless with daily cleaning and towels changed . Food was plentiful, not everyone’s liking is the same but there was always something you could eat . Drinks very strong and on the large side . Mine was a G+T and hubby’s was lager off the tap . There wasn’t a sun bed stampede every morning but if you preferred a certain spot around the pool it was necessary to get up early . The location was fabulous, far enough out of the hustle and bustle to avoid the noise of the strip but near enough if you wanted it . The entertainment team work hard and are very friendly with nightly shows except a Sunday where you’re invited to a beach party if that’s your kind of thing , Bedo is a credit to them . All staff are polite and friendly from waiters to housekeeping. All in all Great location, Fab hotel and one we will definitely return to in the future . The hotel overall is nice and the grounds/pool area are lovely. There is not enough space or sunbeds for everyone and nothing is done about people reserving beds then going out for the whole day. My main gripe is about the cleanliness of the hotel. The pool side floor is constantly filthy and likewise in my room. They didn't stack the sun loungers up and clean the poolside in the whole 8 days I was at the hotel. In the room itself i'd come out of the shower and by the time i'd sat on the bed my feet would be black - so the cleaner mustn't mop. Food wasn't really for me either but you could get something to eat during the day. Animation team were lovely and bar staff were really nice. Location isn't too bad being around 10 mins walk to the strip, just be careful on the way home if you've had a drink its uphill! Got all my ironing done for the 8 days through reception. Got back to my room and they were all hung up neatly in the wardrobe.

Having used this hotel on numerous occasions over the past 8 years, we found this as expected. Yes it's basic but you are there to enjoy the beauty of oludinez. The rooms could do with the kettles putting back in, the air conditioning works and is free, the cleaners are amazing and can't do enough to help. The restaurant food is good but can be repetitive (ot as good as previous years, the chef has changed) the floor staff are attentive and look after your every need. The entertainment team do there best and if the guest join in they create a special atmosphere. Yes we're their on holiday but we still need to join in as they're doing there job... the pool bar staff are great work so hard for little reward compared to us. Reception team do anything they can to please thank you sevcan. Fred the in house photographer is a please as alway and does amazing photographic memories for you to take away. Over all great hotel could do with some tlc, but they have struggled with little or no government support unlike us in the UK. Yes I will be returning, yes you need to get up early if you want a sun bed but that's also because some selfish guest reserve them with a towel but don't come down till 11 or 12 or not atoll.... if you want them get you claim yours and stay with them simples....

Great hotel we have been twice to this hotel.Once in 2015 and 2018.Both times have been very good ,but this year 2018 the food was excellent .it is good value for money ,The hotel suits most people but mostly family's .The hotel had over booked us for are first night.and they took us to the Montebello deluxe which was very nice,and picked us up the next morning to take us to are hotel.we cannot fault this hotel at all.The Montebello kitchen which is part of the Montebello deluxe sells good food and fab cocktails.And staff ther are excellent friendly.

Fabvhotel ideal for young and older families swimming pool fab and warm 27 degrees whencwecwere there august outsidectemp was 49 degress though! Accommodation very good cleanvtidy and newly decorated food could do with offering a bit more choice mostlyvturkish based which I suppose is normal! Would return there no question! Town lovely beach lovely takecsterlingctraders market prefer you to pay sterling !

Newly refurbed, All the decor is finished to a high standard and is very clean. The staff cant do enough for you, they work very hard to please. Mutalip the bar-manager is very good and efficient, he remembers what you drink and how you like it so is fast to refill your glass. Very nice person. Arkan aka "JIMMY" and "Fifi are the entertainments guys who are great for a laugh and gets you involved but not pushy . we will definately return here. The whole holiday experience was excellent.

Fantastic, clean, friendly hotel with very helpful staff. Stayed at Montebello resort 3 times now and every stay has been fantastic. Definitely going back again. My mother had a fall on the first day and bashed her knee quite bad but the staff did everything they could to help her and made the rest of her stay as comfortable as possible.

This is 2nd time at this hotel 1st time was brilliant but this time was shocking the food was terrible not really much choice hotel is clean and has a lovely pool area rooms ok but all inclusive was shocking both food and drinks staff were miserable only happy one was Eric the photographer

We stayed at the montebello for 3 weeks there was 17 of us .the hotel is lovely the staff can't do enough for you .the food was lovely especially the puddings .but don't expect English breakfast it's a turkish holiday . The location is brilliant too .

We returned to this hotel yet again (its like our holiday home). The hotel is rated 4* but you receive a 5* service from all the staff ranging from domestics to management. The hotel is modern, clean, comfortable and friendly. It is in a ideal location for the beach, shops, restaurants, bars and bus service, but far enough away to enjoy the beautiful peace and lovely scenery. We have already rebooked for September.
