Hi, just wanted to say what a great holiday we had recently with your company, we stayed at the Costa Adeje Gran in Tenerife and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The weather was beautiful and my son Josh really enjoyed his time in the big pool, the food was superb (even Josh liked it and he’s a very fussy eater!), and the staff at the hotel were very helpful when we had a question about the local area, overall we really enjoyed the holiday and we are looking forward to booking with your company again.

My husband and I have just returned from a thoroughly enjoyable holiday in Benidorm.

We stayed at the Hotel Gran Bali – one of the tallest hotels in Spain. The views were amazing! I have never had a sea view quite like it!! Our room was generally clean & well maintained. Cleaning staff regularly changed our towels/sheets etc.We stayed on a half board basis. The quality & variety of food was good – something for everyone. Hotel facilities were excellent with a gym, games room, bars and a café. The weather was warm & sunny however it was not red hot. I was slightly disappointed that the outdoor swimming pool was not heated as I would have liked to have taken a swim. There was a supermarket situated only minutes from the hotel which proved to be very handy. The beach was also minutes away.

Overall, we had an excellent holiday and would recommend the Hotel Gran Bali and may even return ourselves sometime in the future.

We stayed at the Oasis Apartments in July 2008.

As a family of four with two young children we were really pleased with the location of the apartments. The airport is only a short taxi ride away and the apartments are close to the beach & other resort amenities. We hired a car one day and visited other areas of the island such as the Timanfaya National Park. The rooms were spacious and clean however the towels were not changed quite as often as we would have liked (this was quickly resolved on speaking to one of the hotel staff). Our room had a small kitchenette which was good for preparing basic meals but most nights we ate out (there were several restaurants located close by). The apartments were basic but good and we would consider staying there again should we return to Lanzarote in the future.

I wanted to thank you for an excellent holiday to Lanzarote.

We didn't pay much for the holiday so didn't know what to expect, but the apartment (Oasis Apartments in Puerto Del Carmen) was clean and tidy and about 10 minutes walk from the main strip. The weather was lovely and hot and we spent most of the time around the pool, apart from when we went camel riding! Like I said we didn't pay a lot for this holiday and didn't know what to expect, but we were pleasantly surprised and will be going with jet2holidays again.

Hi there. I've just back from a shopping weekend in New York and wanted to thank you for a fantastic weekend.

It was my first time there and we stayed at the Hotel Thirty Thirty which was in a great location for the main attractions. The flight times were fantastic and meant that we got to spend a full 3 days shopping! I've always wanted to go to NY but didn't want to go down to London or Manchester to get a flight so this was ideal for me. Looking forward to going again next year!

We’ve recently returned from a half term holiday to Majorca and I wanted to drop you an email you to thank you for a fantastic holiday.

We stayed at the Playa Ferrera apartments in Cala D’Or and got a lovely room overlooking the pool. The reception staff were really friendly and the hotel was only 5 minutes from the centre of Cala D’or where there were some nice bars and restaurants! The only thing that let us down was the weather!! See you again in 2009!

Can I just say how professional, efficient and friendly Angie was when she made my reservation.

Many people are quick to complain yet not so many to give praise when they get excellent customer service. I would be grateful if you could pass on my comments to the Manager of the call centre and I will certainly be using Jet2 again in the future. For all aspects of your holiday from the hotel, transfers and flights, ensuring any issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Just returned from a glorious holiday in Portugal and wanted to let you know how delighted we were with the service given by Jet2.
