spotless hotel, very friendly staff, would definitely stay here again all room amenities you need, Just needs little heart newly taken over by hotel chain, recommend it, they were a few family as Spanish holidays started, but would recommend couples

Nice clean comfortable hotel. Stayed here last year. Only stayed self catering and used the kitchen facilities only for teas and coffees as we enjoy eating out. Friendly staff and reasonable priced drinks at the bar. Sangria very nice. Pool and pool area very clean. Only downside to this accommodation is the lifts especially if you have prams or pushchairs as we did as we travelled with our son and his family. They are very small and if you need to access the main pool this is the only way to get there other than steps. We also used the hotel transfer service which was very good and reasonably price. We will definitely stay here again as it's in a good location. Es Cana is my home from home.

Everything was excellent facilities the rooms the pool the staff were very friendly and helpful the food was great eat as much as you want very helpful you pay for what you get five star hotel I would say

hotel is clean, with very friendly staff, good choice/selection of food and drinks only minor issue is the hardness of the beds...these could be softer. Hotel was spotlessly clean and within walking distance of everything

Myself and my 2 children stayed in a studio. We were very impressed with the size and quality of the room. The kitchenette was extremely well equipped and the bathroom had bath with shower over and a bidet. Toiletries were included. The entertainment was good. We were self catering so didn't eat at the hotel. My children would have preferred it if wifi had been included. My only criticism was that people were queuing up about half an hour before the pool area opened, they then went and put their towels out and then left them on sunbeds, often not coming down while much later. We went down one day at 10 am (an hour after the pool opened) and there were no sunbeds free, yet there were only about 6 or 7 people round the pool. We were ideally located about 5-10 minutes from the sea front.

excellent holiday. You couldn't ask for better staff they were friendly hard working and entertaining too! The staff really made our holiday. We are hoping to go again next year because of this. If I had to choose something negative (and I am been really picky with this) is that the restaurant was limited selections but was still good.

We stayed at the azuline atlantic in July as a family of 4 and enjoyed a great week at the Azuline. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were huge! Entertainment staff worked so hard the whole week and provided good family entertainment day and night. Food good but sometimes the combinations were a bit strange. Snack bar served for most of the day which we found really useful, especially with the children. Overall would recomend this hotel for anyone with a family, the only negative would be how close the pool was the the entertainment at night with the little ones.

I cant fault this hotel they gave my daughter all inclusive and the staff we're very friendly and polite what made this holiday was the entertainment crew they were brilliant in the day kids loved it and of the night adults loved it food was ok lots of choice and diffrent nights were themed

this hotel is very clean and the rooms have everything you need for self catering, the staff are vey helpful and knowledgeable about the area, the beach is only 5 to 10 minutes walk away some very good restaurants

my son chose Ibiza for his wedding destination,bit dubious at first but so glad he did, the weather was fantastic, hotel was great best pool I've ever had on any holiday granddaughter had a great time, even went swimming in the sea, recommend for families with small children

Hotel was lovely and clean in a great location. Room we had was a triple and spacious and cleaned daily. Pool area was really nice and although I didn't have young children with me they were well catered for by the friendly staff.

The whole and only problem with this hotel is that it does not justify its 4 star rating, if it was a 3 star i would rate it higher, if you have stayed in and are used to 3 star accomodation you will be fine as it is not a bad hotel, if you are expecting 4 star levels of comfort you will be disappointed, the main issues i have are with the drinks and food, the bar looks like a works canteen serving counter, all the drinks are served in disposable plastic "beer tent" containers that distort when you pick them up, the cocktails are premixed and just come out of a plastic container marked "black russian" or "blue lagoon" or whatever you are having, and the all inclusive finishes at 11pm but strangely enough the bar stays open for another hour if you are willing to pay ! The food is classic 3 star fare, very samey day and night, but you will always just about find something to satisfy you with the exception ot the deserts which are pretty poor. The hotel is clean and in a decent position, nice pool, good air con in the room, the animation team team work hard, the staff in general are ok with the exception of some in the dining area that seem to treat you as an inconvenience, also there is no poolside towel service available, and no free bottled water available, again this would be pretty standard for a 4 star, so in short an average 3 star hotel.

Lovely holiday, entertainment team excellent. Plenty going on to keep Dad and wee boy entertained. Only 2 negative things 1.the changing facilities when you have checked out of your room are smelly. 2. At the start of the holiday there was only a choice of a magnum like ice lolly and a cornet to like item. This was no good for our wee boy who has a dairy intolerance.

A very reasonable 4 star hotel for what we paid. Yes you can find things to moan about if you look closely ,but overall pretty good.Found staff to be very friendly,the place was kept clean,there was a lively animation team that performed well.On the day we arrived they had set out new comfortable sunbeds.The food was very reasonable the usual choice you get from a 4 star hotel.

Hotel is in a good location close to shops,restaurants,bus stop and taxi rank. Beach is close by too.Maid service is everyday the hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful. There is plenty of daytime activities to do and the entertainment staff are very good. We stayed self catering.

The Atlantic Hotel was welcoming and friendly, from the reception to the bar staff and the entertainment team were brilliant. The hotel WiFi was only 20 euros for two devices for seven days, which my 11 and 16 year olds soon comandeered. The pool being freshwater was spot on and never too full but we went early July. Lots of daily activities for kids and big kids (parents) and the water polo was a laugh every time. There's lots to see locally with many shops, bars and restaurants? Would definitely go again.

Hotel was ok for the star rating was not suitable for s/catering. Cooking facilities you opened a cupboard & 2 little cooking rings , washing up basin too small& nowhere to place washing up. Had to have Weetabix on a plate as no bowls . Toaster was on main living room area table that was how small the kitchenette was. Unsuitable for families on a budget & expecting to cook as there was only one saucepan. We was out of pocket as we ate out every night. No pan & brush to seep up crumbs . Nice hotel & cleaning staff bril + reception. Cant comment on anything else as went to the beach & out in the evening. Unhappy customer & out of pocket for not being able to use facilities to cook it was like cooking in a small wardrobe. Photos must have been taken in another room asked for double bed could not put the 2 singles together as a couple not very romantic !! Once again could not fault staff & hotel if probably staying 1/2 board

The staff at this hotel were all friendly and helpful and ready to help. The rooms and hotel were lovely and clean. Lovely large pool that was clean and all the sunbeds were new. The good menu was vast plenty of salads and fruits and a good choice on meals. Really could not fault the hotel and staff and es canar the most beautiful place.

Would recommend it. The food was good although the bacon could have been better and it would have been great if the had irn bru. Or at leat diet lemonade. Overall we had a great holiday. The entertainment team were great as we're the bar staff

Very good family hotel. Staff good,very clean, food good, entertainment good. Would recommend it for families. Snack bar was excellent. Always able to get sun loungers. Location was good. Children loved it.
