Invisa Hotel Ereso

Had a fantastic 10 night holiday at this hotel. The entertainment crew are second to none, they try to get everyone involved in the activities and are so welcoming and friendly. The hotel staff are really helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. Food is pretty much as standard for an all inclusive, but plenty to choose from and you always find something to eat. It was great that the all inclusive ran til midnight as well. We had already holidayed at this hotel 8 years ago and had a great time then too. There were some changes but you expect that. The biggest change was the addition of the kids pool activity area. The hotel is perfect for families, couples, friends, family or solo travellers. It’s inclusive for all types of needs - wheelchair accessibility in most areas and also a chairlift to assist into the pool (ground level pool only). Quite a lot of guests we met were regular visitors to the hotel, with 1 family having holidayed at the Ereso for over 20 years and keep coming back..! So I would say that says a lot about this hotel. High recommendation indeed..! I myself would definitely recommend this hotel and have no hesitation to return. The only downside is not all the rooms have fantastic views, but then you don’t go on holiday to sit on the balcony. Rooms are ample for sleeping and the maids do a great job.

We've stayed for a week in a nice and clean seaview 6th Floor room. Can't find any faults. NICE And Clean Hotel, Great service, Great and plenty choices on foods different themes foods every day, Great entertainment and Great staffs especially to Paco their head chef who is looking after us due to my child allergen to some foods and nuts. KUDOS to every staffs and management. Definitely will recommend this hotel and will surely come back for another holiday on this hotel.

Great hotel with great staff and good food with good clean rooms, you need for nothing here, hotel pools and bars are very good with a good area for sun beds ect. snacks outside and three meals each day if you want them, all in all a very enjoyable holiday.

I had visited this hotel about 4 years ago and enjoyed it. However on returning I was very disapointed. This hotel needs a upgrade in all departments. The rooms and building in general need refurbished. The food has gone down hill and very repetitive. Animation and evening entertainment poor and again repetitive daily entertainment worst with it on a 2 day reppitition. But I can say the staff try there best and are friendly enough but I fear they will start to wilt if the hotel does not buck its ideas up.

5th time at this hotel & everything was still superb. Food & facilities all excellent. Friendly accommodating staff. Animation team worked really hard & provided good day & night-time entertainment. Will be back again next year!

Absolutely fantastic hotel, everything as described, food, pools and staff great. No complaints whatsoever. Already booked for next year , entertainment and team very good. Would and have already recommended to other people

Excellent one of the best hotels I have ever stayed I with very friendly and helpful staff who were always willing to help. Nothing was to much trouble. Food in restaurant was excellent and wide selection of drinks.
