Iberostar Ciudad Blanca

Travelled with 2 young children in August school holidays. This hotel will not disappoint, amazing place. Very friendly, hard working staff especially the restaurant and entertainment team they worked so hard all the time to a high standard. The hotel was very clean, room had lots of space (1bedroom garden apartment). Food was amazing, very fresh and different every night and we were here 11 nights. Kids loved easy access to ice cream, drinks, slush in day from pool bar- all inclusive. Pools were great, very busy in August and you had to be up early to get a sun bed. Could do with more sun beds. Evening entertainment good standard, varied, did need more tables and seats at peak times though. Location brilliant, right on beautiful white Sandy beach, lovely and calm for swimming. Would definitely recommend, brilliant place would go back. Probably not good if you are going without children though, but maybe out of school holidays different. Only things slightly disapointed with need to improve check in and out. Arrived at 2pm, room not ready until 4pm. Not good when, hot, tired, young children. Check out early 6am- would be good if they supplied some breakfast to take away especially as paid for. Overall book this place its great!!

Hotel, staff, entertainment and food are excellent, only downside are the dated rooms, which are still quirky and fine, except the uncomfortable beds. The hotel was spotless though and staff were the best I have encountered in any hotel I’ve stayed in, really made the holiday great for the whole family, we plan to return next year!

There is a fantastic atmosphere in this hotel. We didn't have kids in our party but we could see that the large animation team was really good with the children that were at the resort and this was reflected throughout. All of the staff were very professional and friendly. The resort was clean and very functional. The food was delicious a nd there was plenty of variety. The location is second to none. It is only a short walk to the port via the prom. The resort has its own pier where one can be picked up for boat trips.

Simply fantastic, clean and for the staff really helpful. I only had breakfast but what a selection of fresh baked good and a huge selection of cooked food the staff within the restaurant where so professional and couldn't do anything more Hopefully see you soon.

Hotel fantastic for families, plenty of entertainment for kids both in and out of the kids club and night and day. Pools great and step out if hotel onto beach. Great walks either side of hotel along seafront or beach and a stones through from the alcudia marina, restaurants and bars. We were all inclusive and found food fantastic and drinks are good as well. Overall I would recommend this hotel for families, less so for couples.

All staff were wonderful and very welcoming from every department, very friendly always saying hello and chatting to all guests, especially the children. Fantastic location right on the beach. Hotel facilities were excellent, catering for all ages; especially the bean bag area! Very good choice and range of food on offer at every meal time. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to families
