Senses Palmanova

Clean pools, they were cleaned every night or morning. Lovely large rooms with very good beds. Staff very helpful and location could not be better. A good few english tv channels and fantastic shower. Breakfast had lots of options although evening meal didnt.

Nice hotel stayed April little but out of season quite cold good location food not great spa nice but small pool nice but water very cold staff friendly but some not very helpful rooms nice think it's a bit odd that all people staying at the hotel cant use the roof should be able to use all the facilities needs some improvements

Beautiful adults only hotel. Room on 4th floor with stunning sea views, and beautiful views in the evening over the spectacularly lit pool area. Amazing huge comfortable bed. Wonderful buffet breakfast with a vast choice for all Europeans. Palma Nova is a lovely resort with great nightlife if you want it, or relax at the hotel with the evening entertainment. Great bars, and loads of restaurants to choose from and to suit all budgets.

Hotel was very nice in great location close to the beach. Lots of sun loungers available. Staff very friendly. Only negatives would be the old safe that you need to get a key from reception and pay €20 deposit. A digital safe like other hotels would be good. Also the breakfast is good except for the selection of cereals. The spa was ok but the water was too cold and steam room was not working

Fabulous hotel. Located opposite the beach and adjacent to bars and shops. Very clean and tidy. The hotel staff were lovely. The rooms were cleaned every day. The sky bar had stunning views. The food was lovely. It was tranquil and calming. Definitely would stay again in the future. Great location and stunning hotel.

This hotel was great good food lovely hotel friendly staff but be careful upgraded to king size room but only got king size bed appoaced reception but they when all Spanish appococh rep but he just would not listen I was there to relax so I just let it go .

Stayed at Senses Palma Nova Hotel for 10 nights 1st sep-11 sep , the hotel was just fabulous it has been renovated to a high standard , the whole hotel including rooms, dining room, pool areas were all spotlessly clean , room was huge with two double beds , my only gripe would be for there to be a bit more cupboard space , draws etc but that is only a snall thing , pool areas were beautiful , with some sunloungers partly in water , food was fabulous and plentiful , they cooked meat and fish to order so was very fresh , staff including reception , dining room staff , bar and cleaning staff were all very friendly and so helpful , we would definitely go back to Senses Palma Nova , thankyou for an amazing holiday xx

I returned for the second year to this lovely hotel. The hotel has only been open 3 weeks last year when I visited with my husband and anoter couple but fully complete. I returned again 24th August with my younger sister. Before arriving I emailed about room upgrade prices and what was included in the half board, as it had previously been all inclusive. I received a quick and pleasant email back answering all my questions. On arriving for check in we were welcomed by the lovely Erik and Emma who got us booked in quickly and we discovered that the hotel had upgraded us to the privilege rooms for free; such a nice touch. We also received a glass of fizz! The whole hotel has a relaxed, bright and very clean feel. Our room was on the 5th floor directly next to the sky lounge entrance, which was perfect. The room again was large, clean and lots of nice touches such as; robes, slippers, biscuits on pillows. The privilege passes allowed us full access to the sky lounge and roof pool and comfy sun beds. It was very relaxed up there with music and waiter service all day. The views of the island were beautiful. You could also order from the snack bar and this was brought up for you. We had breakfast in the restaurant each morning, there was s great selection of goods and again a calm atmosphere. We also ate in the restaurant just one evening as we wanted to experience the different foods on the island. This again was lovely, lots of salads, freshly cooked meats, something for everyone. We had a later flight so decided to keep our room until 6pm, the reception staff were very helpful and accommodated our request for a small charge. This hotel is perfect for couples older and younger and girlie get always, there was such a mix of age but everyone really friendly. The adults only aspects is perfect for a relaxing and quieter break. I would 100% recommend this hotel and will be visiting again.
