Iberostar Cristina

My holiday was booked through Jet2Holidays for 7 days stay . We stayed in the family room pool side view and it was very tidy well maintained , cleaned every day , towels replaced , bedding made up . The balcony was perfect with an excellent view to the pool , may be would have enjoyed more if it was summer , because the outside pool was closed during December. Stayed in Half board option and then realised a good thought as most of the restaurants are not open during the evenings and nights . Having said that the Buffet style breakfast and the Dinner were excellent , with options to cater everybody thoroughly enjoyed the food , he grilled fish dishes were amazing …my kids enjoyed the food right from the starters to the desserts with loads of varieties to choose from and different theme each night , it was fantastic. The indoor pool and the gym facilities were also good as we used it. The entertainment staff were good mainly during the Christmas Eve and the Christmas day, always had time to talk to you or the kids . just a small minus point ,lack of more English channels in the TV as most of them were German or Spanish .We close to the bus stop and the beach , it takes a short ride by bus to the Palma city, and it was excellent . Overall the facilities , food and the staff were really good, Enjoyed an excellent stay in Majorca with the weather around 18/19’C in December would definitely visit again, had a great time.

Quite position just set one road back from the beach, 20 mins form Palma with a good bus service ,10 mins transfer form Airport. The hotel is old but has recently had a re-vamp and has been done to a good standard , the staff are excellent.

Lovely clean hotel bar staff exceptional especially Ruth from the pool bar. Danni who is a entertainer is brilliant and made our holiday . Been to iberostar hotels 4 times now and got a fifth one already booked . This hotel was the least I would go back to because of the food not at all to our taste very repetitive fish paella,rabbit paella,pizza every day no chicken paella no burgers for children no tuna on salad bar . Queues constantly and 2 of the chefs ignorant and cooked 2 pieces of chicken causing long waiting . We were all inclusive and went eating out quite a few times .shame really as the hotel and staff lovely . Our other holidays at iberostar have got the food spot on especially gaviotas Park fuerteventura.

We stayed at the Cristina for two weeks and had a wonderful time. The staff were all helpful and in the main happy. The entertainment was very good with a wide variety of acts. The hotel was spotless. Meals were also of a high standard with plenty of top quality food to choose from. The hotel is in a good location close to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants and only a 15 minuet transferr from the airport. The other guests were mainly German so if you prefer mainly English or French company then this hotel might not be for you.

excellent hotel convenient location love it, entertainment wasn't brilliant but the entertainment team tried really hard and we absolutely loved georgi who was Hungarian but spoke every language and could even crack a smie with the germans....

Excellent hotel and staff who all went above and beyond ,Lola the chambermaid did a fantastic job . Breakfasts were amazing with so much varied choice ,little ones were catered for with high chairs and even bibs ! I was not impressed with the drinks in the bar as I feel as we were NOT all inclusive and we paid for our drinks I would have expected a better quality and preferred to have tonics and cokes come out of bottles ! I have rated the rooms as average ,as they were let down by the amount of smoke coming into the room from the smokers on the balconies either side of our room when the patio doors were open ,also one of them playing their music loudly during the late evening on the balcony . During our visit I did not notice any security during the evening or night and due to the hotel being so big it would have been reassuring have seen their presence when I returned on my own to the room . We were able to have a late check out at a cost of 40 euros which was a great help with two toddlers but make sure they are booked by 9am on day of departure . Over all we all enjoyed our stay and will not hesitate to return .
