Excellent in everything. Fab food. Clean hotel. Staff very friendly. Animation team superb. You can use the sister hotel next door. Nice touches for instance waiters coming round at night giving out cocktails and drinks.......Baileys with chocolate. Could not fault a thing. This is our fifth trip to this hotel and will be definitely going again. Highly recommended. Beach beautiful. Great for walking along as stretches for miles.

This hotel is a 1.5 hour transfer from the airport. We had booked a side sea view suite for the family but on checkin found that we were given a room on the ground floor facing the pool. When I brought this up I was told it was preferable for families with little children. When I mentioned I had paid for a room with a certain view as advertised they said they will have a look but on the next day. We did get an upgraded room with a full sea view the next day. As we reached late due to a technical snag with the aircraft we were "directed" to the restaurant where we had to go find the food that was left / forage! No offers on helping with the luggage to the room though we had 2 partially asleep small children with us. The dress code for the restaurant is a bit bizarre (nothing short of a trouser is allowed) though there was some flexibility. The hotel is windy and the pools are cold so it can get a bit too much for little ones, most were seen shivering. Also this means there is no respite from the sun if wanted intermittently as you are not allowed to open the sunshade umbrellas. The kids club is fantastic and the activities are really good. Food choice, quality and service in the restaurant and pool bar excellent. The place is clean. Very close to the beach. Would recommend at 3 stars.

This was our third visit to this hotel and it was as good as ever. I really cannot fault this hotel, from all the staff, the food, the rooms, the entertainment and the animation team, all excellent. Special mention to Mono and Mattia who did the bingo every afternoon. I have never had so much fun playing bingo, they are both hilarious!! The rest of the animation were also very good and very friendly. The shows they did were excellent and also must mention one act that came in to do a show, The Tribute to El Divo, absolutely amazing. The food was again to a very high standard, always hot and so much choice. I really cannot wait to visit this hotel again.

Good hotel great staff quiet location so not a place if you want nightlife but great if you want a quiet holiday, the beach is superb great for long walks and enjoying the ambience. The location is quite a walk from the town centre so a little fitness level required.

stayed for 3 weeks all we can say is excellent all around all staff go out of their way to ensure you are happy/it would be unfair to nominate anyone special as all do an excellent job happy staff ll round excellent entertainment team food excellent lots of choice drinks all inclusive ( help yourself) reception staff very polite and helpful and front management always ensuring you are happy bedroom excellent good maid service bar service all happy cannot fault this hotel.

We found the hotel was of a high standard,the food was very good and variable,entertainment was very good,all staff were friendly and helpful,The location was good could stroll into the town or use a taxi which was not too expensive,we will return to this hotel in the future and would recommend it to friends.

It's simply the best hotel I've been to beautiful room excellent staff ....absolutely loved it ....the hotel room was immaculate with stunning underwater decals on the walls the staff were extremely helpful and worked tirelessly to keep you happy the restaurant was well kept and food was exceptional serving champagne from first thing at breakfast till late evening they even serve it around the pool for free the all inclusive bar served international drinks which was self service ....what more could one want

A great place to stay, the facilities are great, the staff are really helpful and made us very welcome. The themed restaurant nights were fantastic. I would recommend this hotel to all, although probably best suited to families including those with teenage children.

Fantastic hotel, very impressed, clean, friendly staff, had a great room with both pool & sea view, lovely pools entertainment staff brilliant, food was amazing lots of variety, with different themes every night Chinese, Japanese, Mexican, Italian you name it, branded alcohol which was a pleasant surprise best alcohol & food we've ever experienced in an all inclusive in Europe! Hotel right by a gorgeous beach, 5 min walk to shops, or a very cheap taxi ride to the town just 5 euros. I would recommend this hotel to anyone & for first time ever I would return back to same place

Pools colder than the sea. Pool Bar food always cold, very repetitive menu and food could be warmer no tea / coffee making facility in room single beds pushed together to make double keep falling through the middle very little English spoken or understood don't think many UK visitors

the hotel was excellent in every respect except the reception staff who vere very rude and sarcastic to me and my daughter. we booked a junior suite with a pool view but after receptionist give us our room number with keys i asked her if it was a junior suite and she said no but we have upgraded you to a 30 euro extra per night room this room did not have a pool view and looked into another block of rooms. Everyday began with workmen, drills and noise from 8.00 to 19.00 .However this did not annoy us too much as we like to have early starts to our day and the good side was we had sunshine on the balcony until 21.30. WE WERE GIVEN CHOICE OF TIMES FOR DINNER AND CHOOSE THE LATER TIME HOWEVER IN OUR OPINION THE DINING ROOM WAS TOO SMALL TO COPE WITH THE NUMBER OF GUESTS and air con not adequate food choice was excellent and all staff in dining room very friendly and helpful overall with the exception of reception staffs sarcastic attitude had a mostly relaxing holiday

an excellent hotel, friendly staff and spotlessly clean. Daytime entertainment was great and evening was ok too. A short walk to the beach or you can hire bikes to ride along the coast to the harbour. Altogetehr a great hotel.

Very nice clean hotel ,beautiful beach , good staff ,nice food & drinks . A couple of minus points are ; in our Seaview suite the two single beds pushed together (on wheels ) where very uncomfortable... I had a Bad back by end of holiday and a small annoying point is men have to wear long trousers in buffet restaurant in the evening 30 deg C...I had smart dress shorts but unable to wear - although I can get the reason why they ask this..

We're just back from the Gaviotas Park. It was the best all inclusive holiday that we have been on in a while. We were supposed to be in a suite with a side view but our room was on the 1st floor beside the pool. No complaints with that! It was cleaned every day and fresh towels and bottled water too. There was a separate room for our 15 year old daughter. There were plenty sunbeds and you didnt need to go out at a silly time to get one. Pool was cleaned regularly as was around the pool area. Service was fantastic! Staff came round daily with Cava, shots, ice cream and slushes. Self service at the bar area at lunchtime and tea. Well known makes of alcohol put out for you to try. The food was excellent. Great choice every meal time. Seafood, Chinese, BBQ, fresh pizza and pasta and lots for the kids. Puddings were lovely. The staff continually changed the tablecloths and worked tirelessly. Very friendly and helpful. The entertainment Team worked very hard too and were very friendly especially Rutger, Manu , Vladi, Jana and Vladu. Big thanks to them. The only complaint is the foreign visitors who sadly didn't have very good manners. No fault of the hotel though. We had such a great time that have already booked to go back next year!! Thank you.

We have returned from a fantastic 2 week holiday with our 3 children 8, 8, and 5..We were greeted by very friendly reception staff who checked us in quickly and gave us some basic information about the hotel. Our room was very spacious with a separate room for the kids, 2 balconies and a fridge. The food was of a very high standard, and the best food we have had at any all inclusive we have visited - The food varied each day for dinner with various 'themed' nights - Mexican, Sea Food, Chinese etc...and there was plenty of choice for young children. The drinks on offer were of a very high standard, with San Miguel on tap, and for a limited time Erdinger was on offer. Branded spirits and good cocktails. The entertainment staff were brilliant, and kept us all involved in the many activities the hotel has to offer, especially Rutger who kept us involved with games and Bingo Bongo!! and had time to chat to us and other families. Also Louise and Barbie who run the Maxi club kept our 8 year old daughter entertained, but all the entertainment team were great. A couple of minor negatives which in no way affect the 5 stars given...Firstly, as others have mentioned the pools are very cold, which does put you off swimming - especially in the morning. Strangely the sea is considerably warmer than the pools, so I tended to go for a swim down at the beach. There is an enforced rule that men must wear trousers for dinner, however ladies are able to wear whatever the please - very short shorts etc, I found it a bit odd that it was only men who had to dress up! Finally, I would like to have been seated for dinner, all the tables are set up for 2 or 4 people so every night we had to move chairs and tables to accommodate our family of 5, which was sometimes difficult when the restaurant was busy. Like I say these were only very minor negatives. We would not return simply because we like to visit new places, but we would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Just returned from a wonderful 10 days holiday. Staff could not be any more accommodating. On arrival we were upgraded to a sea view room and all together (I had booked two separate rooms as our 3 children are 18+), on seeing the room we realised that 5 adults in one apartment would not be relaxing! On speaking to reception they initially said they did not have 2 apartments for us but did manage to get us another apartment (without a balcony) but this worked out better for us. The maids were great and you cannot fault the cleanliness of the rooms. We also got left a bottle of wine in the room and one of the cleaners made us a sweet holder. Due to it being summer, there were a lot of families with young children, the dining room could get rather noisy at times and also you had to be aware of children running around who were unsupervised. The ruling on men wearing long pants for the evening meal is monitored as one rather hot night my husband wore three quarter dress shorts and was approached by a member of staff regarding this, but we were aware of the ruling so accepted this. (There is no ruling on women's wear which seems a bit wrong?) What is annoying is that there is no ruling of clothing during the day and people are allowed to sit and eat in their swimwear in the restaraunt. Bar staff are very good and soon get to know your orders and are preparing them as you reach the bar. Some of the night ntertainment seemed more aimed at children than adults and due to the football being shown, some of the acts did not get to perform due to extra time. Predominately German clients but posed no problems for us. Entertainment staff were great, Manu, Vlady and new boy Rutger were especially good and friendly and always stopped for a chat. Overall a good experience and relaxing holiday, would choose Iberostar chain again.
