Jacarandas Beach Apartments

Great hotel. Lots of pros few cons. Pros: Best shower ever, constant hot water and great pressure. Real duvets on very comfy beds. Extra pillows Kitchen basic but all essentials there. No microwave, but who needs one?? Lounge comfortable TV - mostly Spanish or news channels Room cleaned every day bar one, even tho 2 notes in room informed no cleaning Mon & Wed and the other no cleaning Tues & Thurs. Staff very nice Cons: Patio furniture on ground level not comfortable (designed few years ago by somebody who will never use it) Same person designed rock hard sun loungers 3" off ground at pool area. Reception not always opened at notified times. Arrival access to apartments - nightmare for us. Reception closed had to call Jet2 helpline. Turned out our key was in a lock box at front gate which nobody had any knowledge of, but took zero imagination to work out (If you are stuck in the same situation!!) Jet2 were great and very fast to sort the problem out and followed up with us twice.

A very quiet hotel as there is only 24 rooms Perfect if you want a peaceful holiday with not too many people about the pool area Only downside was the couch in the livingroom was the 3rd bed, it is only a couch and not designed as a bed, quite comfortable but not big enough for an adult

This accommodation deserves a higher star rating it's spotless, modern, comfortable and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect close to everything but not to close for comfort.

Excellent apartment, clean and everything you need. Pool area was well kept and there were enough sunbeds. Close to the beach and shopping centre. Local supermarket at the end of the road that sold everything.

Stayed a week end February. Beautiful apartments. Clean and tidy and great location. Had almost everything you need but for a family a microwave would be a must. Will definitely go again. Room cleaned daily. Clean towels when required. Staff very friendly.

This was our second stay and both times have been ideal for a couple. The apartments are well equipped and clean. Plenty of space and very comfortable with a good size balcony reached through double doors via bedroom and apartment. A fan is provided but no Aircon is available, for our visits it was not required as temperatures were mid 20's and quite area so no issues with leaving doors open.The reception is basic but friendly,but not always manned, however we didn't really need anything either visit so no problem. The pool and surrounding area is fairly small but very well presented and maintained - again all very quite on our visits. The beach is a 5 min walk down hill with supermarkets and shops / bars, ATM's in all directions.
