Excellent apartments very roomy clean and tidy lovely swimming pool area good situation halfway up hill friendly helpful staff easy to locate sun on balcony from first thing on a morning had microwave kettle fridge freezer hob very big shower

Not a 3 star as advertised by jet 2 . All the paint work all over the complex needs doing the paint is peeling of on all floors around it even on steps . Paint coming off in apartments mould on the bathroom ceiling . Work top peeling off along the sides . Settee got marks on the skirti g board needs painting Cleaner needs to mop the floors not just sweep the apartment floors as they are very dirty. Wouldn't return 8n a hurry unless it was cheap . The best part was the pool area It was lovely.

Good location but be prepared for steps,staff were fine, but why oh why would you have a bar that closes at 4 in the afternoon bit of a mystery that one,but overall not a bad place to stay for the price.

Stayed in 1 bed apartment. Clean but basic. empty of steps arou d the hotel and to get to the main areas. you need to be reasonably for or catch a taxi. Buses were very good to nearby resorts. Went to Mogan whi h was very nice.

Spent 14 nights here in apartment 108. Spacious rooms with everything on hand for a self catering stay. Staff really friendly and was pleasantly surprised about no music around the pool. Don't be put off by the 238 steps, my partner and I climbed them every night They are tough but they help burn off the holiday calories and if you don't fancy them, taxis are always available. Would definitely stay again. A great location to visit several other resorts near by.

Lovely quiet hotel . we picked this hotel for a relaxing break. we decided to go self catering but on hindsight should have gone B&B as the steps to the resort area was down a number of stairs. we would walk down and get a taxi back up the hill (approx. 2.5 euros) The apartment was well equipped, clean and comfortable. the staff in the pool bar were excellent as was the chap in the reception. the hotel was spotless clean and the maids were exceptional. I would recommend this hotel

Stayed a couple of times before revamp,it is nicer now,All staff very nice,pool nice and warm in January,poolside bar a little expensive but maybe more for the Scandinavians..would stay again..no shop on site so shopping in centre.

Lovely apartments. very clean and comfy beds. Staff were excellent and very friendly.Towels changed every day. Good size balcony.even had a large parasol for the shade and chairs that were able to recline slightly. Would definitely go back.

Stayed at this hotel and paid extra for a superior room, on arrival we had to enquire if we were in the correct room as very basic! The apartment was adequately equipped but only just. The only sharp knife was a small one no bread knife, only one wine glass! Still looking for the iron. Our room 321 was 53 steps from reception and another 39 down to the street ( a small lift goes from street to reception). To get from room to pool there are the 53 steps plus another 50 each way. To get from the street to the main resort a further 250 steps! So anyone with any issues with their mobility, this is not the place to stay.
