Eden Apartments

Beds are awful strings sticking into back when trying to sleep. Aircon was a fan on the ceiling - room was boiling hot. Had to pay €1 pp each day for a sun lounger mat (didn’t get it back either) ridiculous. Pool was all foggy for the first few days until it had been cleaned. Food was fine. Cleaners didn’t come to the room much to replenish toilet rolls, towels and bed sheets..

Had the best holiday ever. The apartment was ideal, pool area superb, entertainment was good & selection of food for breakfast (we went B&B) was good too. Great location too, right across the road from the Europa Center.

soo coming into the hotel we got there about 1.15 ash , and went to check in I have a baby and a 5 year old and to be told at the reception no check in until 3pm was ridiculous there was nothing online about this not at all, so for 2 hours we had to wait till we got our room, then when 3 pm came they had put us on the 2nd floor when we requested a low floor, complained to reception and they gave us a ground floor room but from then the staff wasn't that helpful to us. the sunbeds around the pool was gone by 7am!!!! my mum went out on her walk about 7.30 am every morning to go and there was no beds available not around the kids pool nothing, so after breakfast I moved towels as no-one was sitting around the pool no-one got there till 11am and my son wanted to be in the water by 9am !! it was ridiculous big signs saying don't reserve sunebeds but people don't listen! animation team was useless they cared more about the teenagers than the kids! kids club was crap I went there once and the one day we went there kids was running after my son hitting him for no reason animation saw did nothing so we left and never went back to kids club again. food is very English not great edible but not great. rooms was not cleaned great was still dirty even after a maid had been so I cleaned myself. so not a great holiday at all would defo not come back !

Amazing holiday great value for money couldn't fault it at all food really good rooms wear great hope to go back soon staff were so nice and friendly and best of all pool was heated what a bonus as we went in December

Arrived late at hotel if your all inclusive your fine, if not have to buy at the bar as the shop closes at 9 beautiful hotel apartment lovely. Pool small for the size no sunlougers unless you go early in morning, shops as you go down path right beside hotel not to far away. Beach beautiful very steep hill to the beach but get bus down free with hotel over all great Joanne

Stayed for 1 week Bed and Breakfast. When I saw the standard of food provided at breakfast I upgraded to All Inclusive. Food was gorgeous, plenty of choice and always hot. BREAKFAST Choice of a full english or continental. Themed evening meals such Asian, Italian, International and Barbeque. Steak, pork, mojo sauce with salted canarian potatoes and my personal favourites Sunday dinner and Paella. There were even hotdogs and burgers for fussy teenagers. Kids loved helping themselves to ice-cream and pop and I enjoyed the rest. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. I had a two bedroom apartment which was modern and cleaned regularly, the whole complex was spotless. Free Wifi and tv channels was a nice touch. ĺ cannot fault the place and wished I had stayed longer than a week.

Poor, would have been excellent as an adult only accommodation, entertainment poor, no space around pool, no bar atmosphere, to be truthful had I took kids they would have been disappointed, can't say more

Returned from here last week after 9 days all inclusive and already wishing we were back. This hotel deserves more than 3 stars. We arrived around 10pm and were given directions to our room, which was located in a lovely quiet part of the hotel. The room itself was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. Probably the best shower abroad aswell!! When we popped down to the bar the barman presented me and my partner with a bottle of water and a sandwich each as we had missed dinner, we thought this was very thoughtful. We were pleasantly surprised at meal times aswell as the variety along with quality of food was incredible. Never had to eat out which was a massive bonus. The staff are so friendly and always smiling and up for a chat. The europa centre about 2 mins walk away is perfect if you fancy a late drink or just dont want to stay in the hotel all night. Theres plenty of restaurants there too for those self catering. We booked the afrikat trip aswell which I cannot stress enough how amazing value for money this was and what a wonderful experience especially if like us you love watersports. Was so nice to see the jet 2 rep so may days throughout or stay aswell although we didn't need them it was handy if there ever was a problem. Couldnt recommend this hotel more for both couples and families.
