Hotel was very welcoming, clean and efficient. We had a problem with lost luggage and the reception staff and porters were extremely helpful. All members of staff were very pleasant and were eager to help. We especially liked that crisps and peanuts were given without being requested when drinks were served. Also ice cream and drinks were brought round by the poolside. We enjoyed listening to the live music during the afternoon around the pool. One downside was the entertainment wasn't particularly very good apart from the Elton John tribute act. One night a waiter took the floor and balanced a tray on his head to the delight of us all! The only other quibble was that the dress code for the evening meal was very hit and miss. If a man wore shorts he had to wear closed in shoes, but if he wore long trousers he could wear open toed shoes. Sometimes this rule was broken and sometimes men were turned away at the restaurant door for not wearing closed in shoes with shorts. It all depended on the eagle eye of whoever greeted you in. Apart from that silly rule, the hotel was very very good and even had a floral tribute with a lit candle on display during the Queen's funeral and laid on refreshments for all.

Best hotel we have ever stayed in cannot fault it in any way quiet clean staff are amazing food is amazing there really is nothing you can say that would be negative we would definitely recommend this hotel total chill out

We were a little disappointed in the hotel this time we heard it had been refurbished in certain areas this was true.but unfortunately the rooms are a little dated don’t get me wrong they were very clean our cleaner was absolutely fantastic all other areas were ok apart from the second half of the holiday when the outside areas were cordoned off to accommodate a wedding which didn’t go down well with us as they crammed all the sun beds too close together which in these uncertain times it made us feel uneasy

This hotel was one of the loveliest hotels ive ever stayed in. It was pure luxury and attention to detail was immaculate, The staff are so friendly and helpful, and nothing is too much trouble for them. The ambience of the hotel is lovely, the all inclusive buffet delicious and fresh. The pool area was my favourite part, where you can just relax and soak up the sun.. but the best bit is that it overlooks the ocean, so even if you dont feel like leaving the hotel, you can still feel like youre next to the sea. The sunsets are amazing as you sip on a cocktail. The location of the hotel is also great. Only a few minutes walk from a lovely sandy beach, and all the bars, restaurants and shops. Although there is so much around, once in the hotel you feel like you are in a sanctuary. The hotel aslo has another amazing restaurant which is definitely worth trying. I had the best stay here and i would recommend it to anyone. I will definitely be back!!

I can’t fault this hotel. Very friendly staff. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Modern, spotless, great amenities and a beautiful pool. We had bed and breakfast and the breakfast was excellent. Huge range on offer every morning. It’s worth getting a sea view room or side sea view if you can.

Superb hotel!! Was there at Easter but Xmas here was a lot more special. Excellent staff, excellent food, hotel is absolutely spotless. Would highly recommend to anyone at any time of the year. Oh, and the weather was fantastic

An excellent hotel with very helpful staff, everything is organised and clean and we had a very relaxing break. It is situated in the classy area and a two minute walk to the promenade can be easily achieved due to its private rear exit gate.Hire bikes and electric scooters, pool activities and plenty of sun loungers we were sorted.

First time abroad at Christmas. We know Costa Adeje very well but had not tried Iberostar before, Extremely impressed with hotel. We upgraded to Star Prestige which offered an extra level of service, free bar English newspapers and exclusive rooftop pool and terrace. only one criticism was that there is no proper star prestige lounge so if you wanted to use the free bar after dinner you had to site outside on the roof top terrace which was soulless in the evenings, Christmas day buffet was absolutely outstanding. Overall an excellent hotel with wonderful staff.
