Please note, you are able to make some changes online by accessing your booking through the Manage My Booking section of our website here - Manage My Booking. Changes which can be made online are; Cancellations (outside of 10 weeks to departure), Adding Extras e.g. pre-booked seating and in flight meals, Amending Contact Details, Amending Spelling Errors (up to 3 letters), Re-sending documents.
