Group Bookings

If you have an existing Group booking, the lead passenger can make payments and change details online at Manage My Booking. If you have a different question, change or request, you can call our Pre Travel Services Team on0333 300 0737.

Changing Your Booking


The quickest and easiest way to make changes to your upcoming holiday is by using Manage My Booking online. Simply log-in to Manage My Booking and you’ll be able to:

  • Make a payment
    Pay as and when you like up to 10 weeks before departure.
  • Add our great value holiday essentials
    Including seats, pre-order hot meals, travel insurance, extra 22kg bags and excursions.
  • Change your details
    Such as name, address, phone number and date of birth changes.
  • Register a new payment card
  • Resend holiday documents
  • Check in online
  • Download or print your boarding passes
  • Cancel your booking
    If you have only paid your deposit, you can cancel your booking online.

Flight-only bookings

If you have a flight-only booking with Jet2.com, please check the detailed FAQs section on the Jet2.com website first. If you still wish to ask a question, you can call 0333 300 0042. This is a UK number and will be charged at your network operator’s rate (which could be included in your bundled minutes with some networks).
