Due to the ongoing uncertainty caused by the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, we’ve decided to recommence our flights and holidays programme on 1 July 2020. As you're travelling before this date, unfortunately, your booking is affected as our flights and holidays won't be operating.
We know how much you were looking forward to your holiday, so the good news is, it’s easy to rearrange your plans. All you need to do is fill in the form below and you’ll be given a refund credit note to use to rearrange your getaway. Whether you want to book a sunshine break with Jet2holidays, treat yourself to a luxurious Indulgent Escapes retreat, enjoy a culture-filled Jet2CityBreak, snap up a charming Jet2Villa or go for a VIBE holiday.
If you don’t want a refund credit note, we’ll give you a full cash refund. We’re contacting all affected customers in departure date order, which we think is the fairest way. Make sure your contact details are correct here, then wait for us to get in touch – please be patient with us as we do this.
Refund credit notes
Fill out the form below to get your refund credit note. Once you’ve got it, you’ll have to redeem it by 30 September 2020, on one or multiple Jet2holidays bookings, either online, via the app or through our call centre. If you don’t redeem your refund credit note by this date, you’ll be given a full cash refund. If the price of your rearranged holiday is less than your refund credit note, the remaining balance will stay on your refund credit note and you can use it on another Jet2holidays booking. If the price of your rearranged holiday is more than your refund credit note, you can pay the difference by another payment method.
