Request a refund credit note

Due to the ongoing uncertainty caused by the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, we’ve decided to recommence our flights and holidays programme on 15 July 2020. As you're travelling before this date, unfortunately, your booking is affected as our flights and holidays won't be operating.

We know how much you were looking forward to your holiday, so the good news is, it’s easy to rearrange your plans. All you need to do is fill in the form below and you’ll be given a refund credit note to use to rearrange your getaway. Whether you want to book a sunshine break with Jet2holidays, treat yourself to a luxurious Indulgent Escapes retreat, enjoy a culture-filled Jet2CityBreak, snap up a charming Jet2Villa or go for a VIBE holiday.

If you don’t want a refund credit note, we’ll give you a full cash refund. We’re contacting all affected customers in departure date order, which we think is the fairest way. Make sure your contact details are correct here, then wait for us to get in touch – please be patient with us as we do this.

Refund credit notes

Fill out the form below to get your refund credit note. Once you’ve got it, you’ll have to redeem it by 31 July 2020, on one or multiple Jet2holidays bookings, either online, via the app or through our call centre. If you don’t redeem your refund credit note by this date, you’ll be given a full cash refund. If the price of your rearranged holiday is less than your refund credit note, the remaining balance will stay on your refund credit note and you can use it on another Jet2holidays booking. If the price of your rearranged holiday is more than your refund credit note, you can pay the difference by another payment method.

Once your request has been processed, you’ll receive a refund credit note via email, along with your original booking confirmation and ATOL certificate.
Step 3: Rearrange your holiday
One you’ve decided when and where to go, you can rearrange your holiday using your refund credit note.

Terms & conditions

  • Must be redeemed by 31 July 2020. If you don't redeem the Refund Credit Note by this date, we will provide you with a full cash refund. If you don't wish to accept the Refund Credit Note, please let our Customer Services Team know and a full cash refund will be made.
  • If the price of your rearranged holiday is less than your Refund Credit Note amount, the remaining balance will stay on your Refund Credit Note, and you can apply it to another new holiday booking before the redemption date detailed above. If any remaining balance is not used by 31 July 2020, this will be refunded to you in cash.
  • If the price of your rearranged holiday is more than the Refund Credit Note amount, you can pay the difference by another payment method (if your departure date is more than 10 weeks away, you may choose to only pay a deposit of £60 per person off the difference, and the remaining balance will be due 10 weeks before departure in accordance with our normal terms and conditions).
  • Please note, if you receive reimbursement for your holiday via other means, this Refund Credit Note (or any holiday rearranged using this Refund Credit Note) will be voided without further notice.
  • The Lead passenger must be identical to the original booking.
  • We reserve the right to cancel the Refund Credit Note or any holiday rearranged using a Refund Credit Note if this has been used by someone other than the intended recipient.
  • We will not include any previous cancellation charges, admin fees or any charges for insurance which you may have purchased into the value of the Refund Credit Note.
  • Only redeemable on package holidays, not on flight only bookings made with Jet2.com.
  • Available on Sun & Winter Jet2holidays, Jet2Villas, Jet2CityBreaks, Indulgent Escapes and Vibe by Jet2holidays.
  • You will be issued a copy of your ATOL certificate and confirmation from your original booking to keep with this Refund Credit Note. Please also keep a record of your original payment. Please make sure you keep everything safe and secure.
  • This Refund Credit Note enables you to amend your holiday for a later date, choosing from the range of travel services offered by Jet2holidays without having to cancel and rebook. This amendment will be under the same Package Travel Contract as your original booking and therefore retains the same protections of a package booking under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018. Once rearranged, our normal terms and conditions apply to your booking. Our financial protection is provided by our ATOL No 9618, Jet2holidays Limited.
  • Normal amendment fees will apply for any date or name changes, once your holiday has been rearranged.
