Akti Beach Hotel & Village Resort

stayed for 10 days in August, had a wonderful holiday, the staff in every area were brilliant, the waiting staff were so friendly and super helpful, amazing service. The entertainment staff were absolutely fantastic, brilliant fun and engaging with adults and children alike. The whole resort was clean and tidy, our apartment was cleaned and sheets and towels changed daily. There was a good range of food and the only area that could be improved was the snacks, very limited choice, there was a good range of drinks and lots of cocktails. We enjoyed every day of our stay and would definitely return.

Disappointed from the moment we got there arrived in 30+ degrees shown our room up 20 steps outside at 10-30pm after traveling for hours to find there is no concierge and my husband at 65 with bad vision and diabetes had to carry 2 22kg cases up on his own. The air con had not been put on for our arrival and the bottled water was on top of the fridge instead of in it!!!! We requested another room the next day as there was no way we could manage the steps the temperature was 40+ in the day we got moved but had to pay another €400 the room was much better the bathroom safer as it was a walk in shower and we didn't have to climb over the bath as was in the first room we had a really comfy bed which was huge unfortunately the bedding for the said bed was too small so never a properly made bed. We were under the impression that we were 10/15 mins walk from the harbour try 15 mins taxi ride and when your doing that every day there and back at a total cost of €30 because the food was so bad we had to eat somewhere....... We even ended up having to buy rum from the shop on the hotel site because the quality of the drinks from the all inclusive bars were so poor hotel States it is on the beach not quite true there is no beach to walk on just some sand that has been put there with some sunbeds on it I could go on forever but this place has already had two weeks of my time not giving it Any more

Hotel was fine food could be better, flight with jet2 would have been better if Avril wasn’t in charge of flight crew , not helpful at all and the looks she kept giving me when passing serving drinks etc was disgusting, I’ve always praised jet 2 up and used them 2 or 3 times every year but now I’m looking at TUI for my next holiday, if jet 2 want to get in touch with me they are welcome as I’m still fuming as this was our honeymoon

Second time at the Acti Beach Hotel and Resort, And was not Disapointed! The complex is like a small cypriot village and looked after very well, Food and beverages are of a good quality and selection, The staff are attentive and polite and games and entertainment are always popular we had a lovely week there and are hopefully coming back in November 2022 and just as a foot note we applaud Jet2 we just would not trust any one else nowadays with our holidays.

This was our first Jet2 holiday and I have to say we were pleasantly surprised with the whole experience - well, apart from the landings which were a bit hard. We have travelled on all of the short haul airlines but Jet2 had the most legroom and happily, no reclining seats (they aren't necessary and really annoying when the seat in front reclines into such small areas). Akti Beach hotel & village resort was great value and in a great location next to the sea, the food was good but like most all inclusives, a bit samey, the daytime entertainment wasn't our thing but we weren't pestered to join in and the night time entertainment catered only for the youngsters and was a bit crap to be honest. Staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were average plus. All that said, we had a great week for a great price and we will definitely look to Jet2 for our future short haul holidays.

Right from the start to the end ican not say anything bad about this resort. We were made to feel very welcome the reception staff the bar staff and also the restaurant staff the entertainmant staff were always so polite and helpfull nothing was two much trouble even the manager went out of his way to be helpfull it was also a pleasure to meet the owners of this resort. I would highly recommend this resort

Went on a jet2 all inclusive to Paphos with my partner and baby girl, and had an absolutely great time for a 7 night break. Great staff who had a world class attitude when it came to customer service.

Staff lovely food good however would not advise to go as bungalows filthy smelly, indoor pool disgrace paint and damp peeling from ceilings, outside toilets YUC not fit for purpose, only thing is upgrade for 30 euros per night

Had a fab time at this hotel. The village rooms could do with updating but they was clean and very spacious. The food and drink was very good Waiter service in the bar with fab staff who remembered your round Best of all Andrei and the animation team, He does a fantastic job, remembers everyones name and is helped by the lovely Karolina (with a K lol) and Anastasia We are looking to return in October
