Celebrate culinary treasures
If you’re a foodie, you’re in luck. Pag is home to some of Croatia’s most delicious traditions – wine and cheese making. In the small village of Kolan, the famous paški sir, or Pag cheese, is made. Look out for these treats and head to one of the many wine and cheese bars dotted around Pag Town.
A festival favourite
The summer setlist on Pag Island includes some must-see festivals. Hotfoot over to Zrće Beach for shoreside parties that last until sunrise. With azure sea on one side and mountains on the other, this is arguably one of the most picturesque festival destinations in the world.
Not far from Zrće Beach, the buzz of the bars and nightclubs in Novalja makes it one of the most popular destinations for party goers. Away from all the excitement, relax by the sea at Beach Babe (yes, that’s its real name!) or tuck into some traditional food with a view at Restaurant Boskinac.
