People flock here to go camping, but Peschiera is so much more than a place to pitch up your tent! An old military fortress exists – with rumours of a former jail – and the countryside’s completely in bloom, if walking’s more your thing. Think ports, forts, museums, and a big scoop of rich panoramas!

Are you a keen cyclist? Love exploring a new area on two wheels? A 40km cycle path starts from Peschiera and takes you along the Mincio River. What's more, you can bring your own bike thanks to our 32kg bike carriage allowance!

It’s a shore thing

Lounge around for a while on welcoming shores or cycle among nature in this postcard-pretty retreat. The thing about Peschiera is it’s in no short supply of plentiful scenery, so make the most of it. The food’s another thing to savour – Lugana wine’s the grape-made tipple of choice, and often paired with looping spaghetti.
