A blast from the past

The city’s ancient amphitheatre, circus and necropolis are all up there with the best of them. Think port, think seafood. Paella’s a classic we know and love, but try the local bluefish or arròs negre – squid ink rice – for something a little more regional. Head to the fisherman’s district of el Serrallo for the best choice and bags of atmosphere.
