Iberostar Creta Marine

This was our second visit to this hotel and once again we had an amazing relaxing holiday. The staff are absolutely wonderful and go out their way to give you good service. We would have breakfast and evening meals in the main restaurant served by George and Maria who looked after us well. At lunch time we would use the pool bar restaurant and the staff there are amazing Maria, Marina and Marco served us every day for lunch and were always friendly. We really liked the quiet pool and Stelios gave us great service at the Ouzo bar. My mother is disabled and the hotel are really thoughtful providing a golf car to cart her to the far to reach places. The hotel has some nice improvements this year - new tables and chairs in the main restaurant and water facilities in the lounge.I was disappointed to see the gym is still very tired and outdated - I think it is far too small for a hotel of this size and needs some more modern equipment installing and more than one treadmill!The life guard was also very friendly assisting my mother in getting in and out of the pool which was very considerate of him. I think personally the food is really nice quality, there was lots of variety and some added new features this year such as the juice bar and chocolate fountain which I thought was a nice touch. The chefs serving the carvery food are all very polite and friendly and work hard. To be honest all the staff work hard in this hotel doing a good job. The hotel is spotless - my room was always immaculate, the gardens are absolutely beautiful. I hope to return here again as the weather is great, the service is great and the disabled facilities are really good for my mother. My son enjoys his holidays in this hotel as the staff are all very kind to him especially the bar men who serve him his favorite donuts and smileys and he loves to go snorkeling in the little bay which is very sheltered and he feels safe.

As the title says this seems a regular occurrence. We specifically booked the Panorama Mare. Arriving late tired and hungry there then took a 2 hour negotiation. Jet2holidays nowhere to be seen except a ph9ne call a week later.

This hotel is modern, clean and the gardens are very well maintained. The food choices are brilliant, leave the diet at home! Hotel staff are helpful and friendly. Entertainment is good. All the out door swimming pools are salt water. ☹️ The hotel is isolated so you need to travel to do anything outside of the hotel. Public transport is good and cheap. Really lovely beech.

We were a family group aged between 4 and 78 years old and we all had a super time. the food was delicious and I never once had a meal that I didn't enjoy. The fact that everything was insect free and fresh and so varied was a real treat. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful even between themselves. There was more than enough activities but we especially enjoyed the paint party!! I would definitely go back and have strongly recommended to lots of people.

Our 3rd year here. Just as excellent. Went half-board which suited us well as we were able to get around this lovely island. Not dominated by Brits - a good mix of nationalities. Need to improve evening entertainment programme.

This hotel ticks all the boxes if you want a quiet holiday with all the amenities within the complex,the reception staff were all very friendly and accomadating, the quality of the food in the restauant was as good and better than we have had in 45 years of holidaying abroad.The pools and garden areas were kept in immaculate condition. The rooms were kept very clean and bedding changed regularly,hot water without fail and 1st class air conditioning, for us this hotel was faultless,we will definitely be back!
