Diamond Village

The Diamond Village apartments are very clean and comfortable, on our arrival we were made to feel very welcome by George and even though we arrived quite late we were provided with a cold snack which we did not expect. The swimming pool was lovely and clean and there were plenty of sunbeds to go around. We opted for half board, which was a mistake. The breakfast was very tasty although I did get told off one day by Angela, for not recognising that "corn flakes" were not recognised as a continental breakfast.. For 2 euros extra per person we had the full English most days. The evening meals were nice, but very small, there just simply was not enough food. The nearest village Piskopiano was a steep mountain walk but worth the walk for some nice meals in the evening which we decided to do on a couple of occasions. On checking out Angela advised that we had to be out of our rooms at 10am, which again was not a problem but other couples seemed to be able to stay in their room later, maybe they had paid for the extra hours which we would have been happy to do but we were not offered this option. Jet2 Holidays were amazing, I would definitely travel with them again. We had a nice time at Diamond Village but next time we shall be trying some where else.

We had nothing to complain about everything was and clean bed comfy. great shower We don't sit round the pool we like going out therefore this suited us perfectly. We had a late flight and paid to keep the room on. No problems

The accommodation was fantastic, just up the hill from the garish seafront hotels & tavernas. In fact you could be on a different planet. The service supplied by Georga, Alina, Alexis & Angela, not to mention the cleaners and cooks working behind the scenes was superb. The food in the restaurant was so good that, making the effort to go up to the old town of Hersonissos, became a no brainer most evenings. If we had an criticism at all, it would be lack of a ruling to prevent customers bagging sunbeds around the pool, only to come down hours later to use.Overall, if we were coming back to this area to holiday again it would be the No.1 choice.
