Invisa Hotel La Cala

Staff are brilliant, food fantastic great choice every day , the hotel is spotless also they have happy hour every day , could not fault this hotel, evening entertainment was superb with a great and varied choice of entertainment

Great hotel. Food, staff, location all perfect. Short walk to ferry and beach. Entertainment each night or go out to local bars and listen to that or see all the expensive boats in the harbour. All in all a good place to visit

We have visited this hotel several times and always enjoyed our stay. Our most recent stay was disappointing due to 2 issues . A minor one - we shouldn't have to pay for wifi in this day and age. A major one - the food for the evening meal was lukewarm at best unless you dined as soon as the restaurant opened. Such a shame as the hotel was spotless, great location and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

Plus points : Great location , very clean and friendly staff. The hotel is dated, beds and pillows are hard, sheets well used. Limited space round pool area, loungers are hard and uncomfortable. Food is ok but can be sometimes be bitty and nothing seems to go, it is also not very warm.

The hotel is ideally situated with all the amenities of this lovely resort only a short walk away. Although in town and with some rooms facing the street as did mine it was still very quiet this was due to the double set of patio doors, no traffic noise at all. I was constantly greeted with smiles from all the staff who were very helpful and efficient. I would usually go out to eat in the evening but as half board was the option offered I tried the dinner in the hotel. I have to say the choice and standard of the food was excellent and I ate there most nights, breakfast was to a similar standard. Overall this is a lovely little hotel, good value for money I would certainly recommend it to anyone and I look forward to returning in the future.

What a fantastic hotel Lacala is.Exceptionally clean,brilliant friendly staff in all aspects at LaCala,food choices excellent something for everyone,room very good and cleaned daily.Excellent location,very close to excellent marina and lovely beach.Plenty of bars and restaurants close by. Ideally situated to visit all parts of Ibiza on public transport which is very reasonably priced. We had a fantastic holiday and will definitely revisit LaCala in the future.

this was an excellent hotel. The central location was much better than I had expected. the rooms were spacious and clean with good storage, an efficient air conditioning system free fridge and a safe which had to be hired. wi-fi was free in the reception area or could be hired for in room use. The buffet meals were very good both in quality and quality with a wide variety of menu. Special diets could be catered for on request. Staff in all departments were both very friendly and efficient.

We have recently returned from another enjoyable holiday in La Cala Hotel although some things were not as good as previously. We had asked for and were given a particular suite which was much appreciated - and our suite had been refurbished since last year with a tiled floor instead of carpets and lovely light decor - it was very nice. However we did have an issue with tea , coffee , milk , sugar and bathroom toiletries not being replenished on a daily basis as expected. After speaking to management the issue was resolved for a few days ( and we received a complimentary bottle of Cava which was much appreciated )and then happened again . Not sure why there was this problem as it has never happened previously. We were also disappointed with the food this year and felt that variety and choice was more limited and there were no theme nights. We actually ate out sometimes this year purely because of the ‘ sameness of the dinners. On the whole the hotel is as good as ever with lovely staff , good standards of cleanliness and friendly service in the dining room and bar but the food lets it down somewhat when you compare it to previous years. The pool area is comfortable and clean and there was no problem getting sun beds and better still - no queue - it was all very civilised this year

Just back from another holiday at this hotel. The standard and variety of food was excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is very good , near the marina and the main promenade is just 5 minute walk from hotel. Plenty of bars and restaurants near hotel and Santa Eulalia is an excellent resort for couples and families.

we stayed in this hotel for a short 3 night break, it was brilliant, location, cleanliness, staff, food, couldn't fault it at all, would love to visit again only thing to note, this a very quiet hotel not for young people really
