Studded with spectacular sand-coloured buildings, you’ll get a real feel of traditional Gozo here in Gharb. The incredible Our Lady of Ta' Pinu Basilica is a true marvel, with a mesmerising façade and magical surroundings too.
Gharb is nestled the island’s most western point, but is still within easy reach of some gorgeous Gozitan villages. Ghasri is less than 5km away, and despite being Gozo’s smallest village, it’s bursting at the seams with charm.

Mdina's as spellbinding as they come. Nestled in the heart of the island, this old fortified city is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Head through one of the grand gates to enter the 'Silent City' and wander the maze of photogenic streets. Cameras at the ready, as the architecture here is charming with a capital 'C'.

If you need to top up on some holiday essentials or fancy some retail therapy Arkadia has it all. It is the biggest shopping centre on Gozo and is open late. Over three floors you’ll find fashion, food and homewares. And if you’re craving a taste of home you can visit Waitrose and the island’s only McDonald’s.
